INTRODUCTION:

a. The great job of every Pastor to the local Church is to help the Christians to strong in their Christian life so that we enjoy having our Church a strong Church.

b. Our spiritual enemy is a strong enemy and need the collective effort of strong Christian to face our spiritual enemy with courage and confidence in God.

c. The great commission of the Lord Jesus Christ is the great Christ entrusted to the local Church and we to be strong and united to reach the unreached lost people all over the World.

6 GREAT THINGS ON SPIRITUAL STRENGHT OF THE CHRISTIAN TO MAKE THE CHURCH READY TO THE WORK OF THE LORD.

WHAT THE CHRISTIANS NEEDS TO STRENGHTEN THEM.

1. THE CHRISTIANS NEEDS TO BE EQUIP IN THEIR CHRISTIANS LIFE IN THIS CHURCH TO BE STRONG.

( Ephesians 4:11-16 ) [11]And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

[12]For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

[13]Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

[14]That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

[15]But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

[16]From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

2. THE CHRISTIANS NEEDS TO TEACH THEM TO BE UNITED IN DOING THE WORK OF THE LORD IN THIS THE CHURCH TO BE STRONG

( Psalms 133:1-3 ) [1] Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

[2]It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;

[3]As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

3. THE CHRISTIANS NEEDS TO BE ENCOURAGE TO PRAYERFUL TO MAKE THE CHURCH STRONG .

( Luke 18:1 ) And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

( Jeremiah 33:3 ) Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

( Hebrews 4:16 ) Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

4. THE CHRISTIANS SHOULD INVOLVED IN MANY MINISTRIES OF THE CHURCH TO MAKE THE CHURCH TO STRONG.

( I Corinthians 1:12-18 ) [12]For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

[13]For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

[14]For the body is not one member, but many.

[15]If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

[16]And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

[17]If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?

[18]But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

5. THE CHRISTIANS SHOULD BE ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF THE LORD TO MAKE THE TO BE A STRONG CHURCH.

( I Corinthians 15:58 ) Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

6. THE CHRISTIAN SHOULD ALWAYS BUSY REACHING LOST PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITY THIS MAKE TO A STRONG CHURCH.

( Acts 6:4-7 ) [4]But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

[5]And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:

[6]Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.

[7]And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

7. THE CHURCH PRACTICE THE SACRIFICIAL LIBERAL GIVING MAKE THE CHURCH STRONG.

( 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 ) [6]But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

[7]Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

[8]And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

8. THE CHURCH THAT ARE SOLDOUT IN MISSION PLANTING IN THE MISSION FIELD AND SUPPORT THEM MAKE THE CHURCH STRONG.

( Philippians 4:15-19 ) [15]Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

[16]For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.

[17]Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.

[18]But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.

[19]But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

* God bless you all always *
