[W] [PREACHING LESSON 17:] GOD ALWAYS HELP AND BLESS THE RIGHTEOUS AND FAITHFUL CHRISTIANS.

GOD ALWAYS HELP AND BLESS THE RIGHTEOUS AND FAITHFUL CHRISTIANS.

(Psalms 37:25) Pss 37:25 I have been young, and [now] am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

1. It Is The Righteous And Faithful Christians Who Has Put Their Faith Jesus Christ as Their Savior

* The righteous and faithful Christians are a born-again believer. It’s a child of God. It’s someone who deep down loves the Lord. Their goodness is not their own goodness; it’s the goodness of Christ in them. They are restored, not because they are worthy, but because He is gracious. It is to this man that the book of Hebrews says,

(Hebrews 4:14-16) Heb 4:14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast [our] profession.

Heb 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as [we are], [yet] without sin.

Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

2. It Is The Righteous And Faithful Christians Whose Desire is to Walk with God and to Please Him

* Psalm 37:23 “The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”

Notice that David says that the LORD delights in this man’s way. The good man David is speaking of is someone who has come to Christ for salvation and they are striving to live their life in a way that will please Him. As John MacArthur once said, “It’s not a matter of perfection but direction.” They are as John says, “Walking in the light as God is in the light” and when they step into spiritual darkness, they confess their sins and seek His forgiveness.

3. It Is The Righteous And Faithful Christians Though They Experienced Deep Trials but God Is The God Of All Grace To Help Them.

( 1 Peter 5:7-10 ) [7]Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

[8]Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

[9]Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

[10]But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

4. It Is The Righteous And Faithful Christians Are Experiencing Discouragement But God Is Always Ready To Comfort Them and Give Them Victory At All Times.

(2 Corinthians 1:4-10) [4]Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

[5]For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

[6]And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

[7]And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

[8]For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

[9]But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

[10]Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

5. It Is The Righteous And Faithful Christians Who Choose To Be Faithful And Fruitful In Christian Life And God Assured To Answers Their Prayer Request.

( John 15:13-16 ) [13]Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

[14]Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

[15]Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

[16]Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

* God bless you all always *
