Acts 11 :21 ) And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great
number believed, and turned unto the Lord.
a. We cannot reach our goal without the help of God's
Hand.
*Christ said to His disciples.
(
John 15 5 ) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth
in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can
do nothing.
b. We have the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit to
accomplish the great work of God.
(
Acts 1:8 ) But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy
Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem,
and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
* The Holy Spirit will guide us in all the truth to
assure we can accomplish our goal for the glory and praise of God. The Holy
Spirit is our perfect partner .
(John
16:13) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he
will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but
whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to
come.
* Peter preached with the power and guidance of the Holy
Spirit and there were 3000 souls got saved and baptized.
(
Acts 2:41) Then they that gladly received his word were
baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand
souls.

in performing the ministry of the Lord.

grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more
abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

Ministry of the Lord because of the grace of God.
c. The grace of God is not lack in the life of the
Christian because the grace of God is sufficient for God's people who claim it
with strong faith to God.
(
II Corinthians 12:9 ) And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for
thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I
rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
d. Our Great God is the God of all grace.
(
I Peter 5:10 ) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto
his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make
you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of
Antioch:
6 Whom
they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands
on them.
7 And the
word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem
greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

faithful men as the chosen leader in their soulwinning drive of the local
Church.
(
II Timothy 2:1-2 ) 1. Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace
that is in Christ Jesus.
2.And the
things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to
faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
e. Faithful and godly men of God are confident and
courageous in soulwinning.
(
Acts5:26-29 ) 26. Then went the captain with the officers, and
brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should
have been stoned.

when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high
priest asked them,
28.Saying,
Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and,
behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this
man's blood upon us.
Then Peter
and the other apostles answered and said,
29.We
ought to obey God rather than men.
4. WE NEED PRAYERFUL CHURCH MEMBERS
TO ASSURE TO REACH OUR GOAL OF DOUBLE ATTENDANCE.

Acts 1:13-15 ) 13. And when they were come in, they went up into an
upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip,

land.
c. Jabez is our good model in prayer. Where all his
Prayers God answer.

CHURCH TO ASSURE TO DOUBLE OUR ATTENDANCE.
(
Psalms 133:1-3 ) 1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for
brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is
like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even
Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the
dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for
there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one
body: so also is Christ.
13 For by
one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles,
whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

their power, I bear record, yea, and beyond their power they were willing of
themselves;
4.Praying
us with much intreaty that we would receive the gift, and take upon us the

beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated
with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
16.For
even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
17.Not
because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.

have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things
