NEGATIVE ATTITUDES TO LET GO TO ASSURE FRUITFULNESS IN THE WORK OF THE LORD

HEBREWS 12:1 “Wherefore
seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us
lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us
run with patience the race that is set before us,”
JOHN 4:35 “Say not
ye, There are yet four months, and [then] cometh harvest? behold, I say unto
you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to
harvest.”

a.
Maraming masasamang ugali at gawain sa buhay ng isang
Kristiyano ang totoong humahadlang upang ang ating buhay ay maging mabunga, na
nagiging dahilan kaya hindi tayo nagiging pagpapala sa gawain ng Panginoon.
b. Sinaway
ng Panginoong Hesus ang maling pananaw at pag-uugali ng Kanyang mga alagad nang
Kanyang sabihin: “Hindi baga sinasabi ninyo na may apat na buwan pa saka
darating ang pag-uani?” Nais Niya tayong magkaroon ng agarang pagkilos.

1. LET
GO OF SIN IN THE CHRISTIAN LIFE
(Alisin
ang Kasalanan sa Buhay ng Kristiyano)
HEBREWS 12:1 “Wherefore
seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us
lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us
run with patience the race that is set before us,”
a. Ang
kasalanan ay laging pumipigil sa atin upang magawa ang kalooban ng Diyos sa
ating buhay.
b. Ang
kasalanan ang pangunahing dahilan kung bakit nahiwalay ang tao sa Diyos.
ROMANS 5:12 “Wherefore,
as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed
upon all men, for that all have sinned:”
* Ang
kaaway na si Satanas ay hindi titigil sa paggawa ng paraan upang sirain at
guluhin ang gawain ng Panginoon.
* Ang
Iglesya sa Corinto ay naging magulo at nagkahati-hati dahil sa pagbibigay-daan
sa kasalanan.
( 1 Corinthians 5:1-2 ) [1]It is
reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as
is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's
wife.
[2]And ye are puffed up, and have not rather
mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.

Si Apostol Pablo ay laging nagbibigay ng babala sa lahat
ng mga nagpapatuloy sa kasalanan sa loob ng lokal na iglesya.
( 1 John 3:8-9 ) [8]He that
committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For
this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of
the devil.
[9]Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin;
for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
2. LET
GO OF LAZINESS IN THE WORK OF THE LORD

ROMANS 12:1 “I beseech
you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a
living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable
service.”
a. Ang
hamon ng Diyos sa Kanyang lokal na iglesya ay ang laging maging masigasig at
sumasagana sa paglilingkod.
1 CORINTHIANS 15:58 “Therefore,
my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work
of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
b.
Ang tapat na paglilingkod ng isang Kristiyano ay
hinding-hindi mawawalan ng kabuluhan sa paningin ng Diyos.
HEBREWS 6:10 “For God
[is] not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have
shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do
minister.”
c.
Ang iglesya sa Jerusalem ay nagpakita ng isang magandang
huwaran.
ACTS 2:41 “Then they
that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added
[unto them] about three thousand souls.”

Ang iglesya sa Jerusalem ay naging uliran sa pagiging
masipag at matapang sa pamamahayag ng Ebanghelyo ni Kristo Hesus sa bawat dako

Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and,
behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this
man's blood upon us.
[29]Then Peter and the other apostles answered and
said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
3. LET
GO OF WORLDLINESS IN THE CHRISTIAN LIFE

2 TIMOTHY 4:10 “For Demas
hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto
Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.”

ang sanlibutan kaysa sa dakilang gawain ng Panginoon.
b. May
babala ang Diyos: kapag inibig ng Kristiyano ang sanlibutan, ang pag-ibig ng
Ama ay wala sa kanya.
1 JOHN 2:15-17 “Love not
the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the
world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1Jn 2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust
of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the
Father, but is of the world.
1Jn 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust
thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”
c. Ang
pag-ibig sa sanlibutan at ang mga makamundong pagnanasa ay lumilipas, ngunit
ang sinumang gumagawa ng kalooban ng Diyos ay mananatili magpakailanman.
d. Nais
ng Diyos na makita ang Kanyang lokal na iglesya na namumuhay nang may kabanalan
at kaibahan sa mundo.
( 1 Peter 1:15-16 ) [15]But as
he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
[16]Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am
holy.

Ito ang matinding hamon ni Pablo sa mga Kristiyano: Huwag
makiayon sa takbo ng mundong ito, kundi maging tapat sa paggamit ng iba't ibang
kaloob para sa kaluwalhatian ng Diyos.
( Romans 12:1-11 ) [1]I
beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your

4. LET
GO OF SLEEPINESS

EPHESIANS 5:14-16 14
“Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and
Christ shall give thee light.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as
fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”
a. Ang
espirituwal na pagkatulog ay nagbubunga ng kawalan ng malasakit sa kaligtasan
ng ibang tao at kawalan ng sigasig na akayin sila kay Kristo.
b. Hinahamon
tayo ng Banal na Kasulatan na samantalahin ang bawat pagkakataon at panahon,
lalo na't marami na sa kasalukuyan ang may matitigas na puso at ayaw nang
makinig sa purong doktrina.
2 TIMOTHY 4:3-4 3“For the
time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own
lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away [their] ears from the
truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Ang espirituwal na pagkatulog ng isang Kristiyano ay
malaking hadlang sa paglilingkod sapagkat nawawalan sila ng pusong tumulong sa
mga gawaing dapat maisakatuparan sa loob ng lokal na iglesya.

Malawak ang gawain ng Panginoon at nangangailangan ito ng
mga gising at handang manggagawa.
( John 4:35 ) Say not ye,

5. LET
GO OF SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS

ang Espirituwal na Pagkabulag)
2 PETER 1:8-9 “For if
these things be in you, and abound, they make [you that ye shall] neither [be]
barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2Pet 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is
blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his
old sins.”
a.
Maraming Kristiyano ang bulag sa espirituwal na aspeto
dahil hindi nila nakikita ang milyong-milyong kaluluwa na kailangan pang akayin
at iligtas kay Kristo.
b. Hinihimok tayo na patuloy na lumago sa mga katangian
ng pagiging Kristiyano (pananampalataya, kabutihan, kaalaman, pagpipigil sa
sarili, pagtitiis, kabanalan, at pag-ibig) upang huwag tayong maging tamad at
baog sa ating paglilingkod.
2 PETER 1:5-7 “And beside
this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
2Pet 1:6 And to knowledge temperance; and to
temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
2Pet 1:7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and
to brotherly kindness charity.

Maraming Kristiyano ang hinahayaang mabulag ng diyablo
ang kanilang mga kaisipan upang hindi nila makita ang lawak at kahalagahan ng
gawain ng Panginoon.
( 2 Corinthians 4:4 ) In whom the
god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the
light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine
unto them.
* Ang
gawain ng Panginoon ay pandaigdigan. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit iniwan sa atin
ang "The Great Commission" (Ang Dakilang Utos), dahil nais ng
Diyos na ang lahat ng tao sa sanlibutan ay maabot ng Ebanghelyo ni Kristo.
( Mathew 28:19-20 ) [19]Go ye
therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
[20]Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever
I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the
world. Amen.
6. LET
GO OF PRAYERLESSNESS
(Alisin
ang Kawalan ng Pananalangin)
JAMES 4:1-3 “From
whence [come] wars and fightings among you? [come they] not hence, [even] of
your lusts that war in your members?
Jas 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire
to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask
not.
Jas 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask
amiss, that ye may consume [it] upon your lusts.”
a. Ang
hindi pagkakaunawaan, kawalan ng kapayapaan, at kawalan ng pagpapala ng Diyos
sa buhay ng isang mananampalataya ay madalas na bunga ng buhay na walang
panalangin.
b.
Ang masaganang pagpapala ng Diyos ay mararanasan sa
pamamagitan ng isang tapat at masigasig na pananalangin.
1 CHRONICLES 4:10 “And Jabez
called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and
enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest
keep [me] from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which
he requested.”
c. Malinaw
ang hamon at utos ni Kristo sa bawat isa sa atin na dapat tayong laging
manalangin at huwag manghina.
LUKE 18:1 “And he
spake a parable unto them [to this end], that men ought always to pray, and not
to faint;”

Ang lokal na iglesya sa Jerusalem ay naging masigasig sa
pananalangin sa Panginoon, kaya naman hindi mapigilan ang pag-unlad ng Salita
ng Diyos at ang pagdami ng mga kaluluwang naliligtas.
( Acts 6:4, 7 ) [4]But we
will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.
[7]And the word of God increased; and the number
of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the
priests were obedient to the faith.
Pangwakas:
Nais
ng Diyos na laging magtagumpay at maging mapagtagumpay ang bawat Kristiyano sa
kanilang buhay espirituwal. Subalit, kailangan nating maging handa na tuluyang
bitawan at alisin ang mga masasamang ugali, kasalanan, at maling gawain na
humahadlang sa atin. Sa pamamagitan lamang nito lubos na pagpapalain ng Diyos
ang ating mga personal na buhay at ang Kanyang pangkalahatang gawain.
1 CORINTHIANS 15:58 “Therefore,
