ROMANS 16:1-5 “I commend
unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at
Cenchrea:
Rom 16:2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as
becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of
you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.
Rom 16:3 Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in
Christ Jesus:
Rom 16:4 Who have for my life laid down their own
necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the
Gentiles.
Rom 16:5 Likewise [greet] the church that is in
their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia
unto Christ.”
Panimula:
a. Ang
mga Kristiyano sa Roma ay binigyang-halaga at binanggit ang mga pangalan dahil
sa mga katangiang ipinakita nila upang pahalagahan ang Diyos at ang Kanyang
gawain sa kanilang buhay.
b. Sila
Priscilla at Aquila ay naging mga tapat na kamanggagawa ni Kristo Hesus na
handang ibigay pati ang kanilang sariling buhay upang protektahan ang lingkod
ng Diyos.
ROMANS 16:3 “Greet
Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:”

KINDS OF CHRISTIANS GOD WANTS TO SEE INSIDE THE LOCAL CHURCH
1. THOSE
WHO DON’T MISS THE WORSHIP SERVICE
HEBREWS 10:25 “Not
forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some [is]; but
exhorting [one another]: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
a. Ang
Diyos ay may seryosong paalala sa bawat mananamba na huwag pabayaan ang
pagkakatipon sa lokal na iglesya, na sa kasamaang-palad ay naging ugali na ng
ibang mga Kristiyano.
b. Si
Tomas ay isang negatibong ehemplo ng isang Kristiyanong lumiliban sa pagsamba
kung kailan naroon ang Panginoon.
JOHN 20:24 “But
Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.”
c. Hinahanap
ng Kristo ang bawat mananampalataya na maging matapat sa pagsamba sa Diyos sa
Espiritu at katotohanan.
JOHN 4:23-24 “But the
hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in
spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
Jn 4:24 God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship
him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.”

THOSE WHO DON’T MURMUR IN SERVING GOD
PHILIPPIANS 2:14 “Do all
things without murmurings and disputings:”
a. Ang
paglilingkod sa Panginoon ay isang dakilang pribilehiyo, kaya marapat lamang na
tayo ay maglingkod nang may kagalakan at buong pagpapasya.
JOSHUA 24:15 “And if it
seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve;
whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the
flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and
my house, we will serve the Lord.”
b. Si
Pablo ay masiglang nagpahayag ng pasasalamat dahil itinuring siyang tapat ng
Diyos at pinalakas sa aspetong espiritwal para sa ministeryo.
1 TIMOTHY 1:12 “And I
thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me
faithful, putting me into the ministry;”
3. THOSE WHO DON’T MIX WITH UNBELIEVERS BUT FELLOWSHIP WITH
THE PEOPLE OF GOD
2 CORINTHIANS 6:14-18 “Be ye not
unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath
righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with
darkness?
2Cor 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with
Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
2Cor 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of
God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I
will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall
be my people.
2Cor 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and
be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will
receive you,
2Cor 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye
shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”
a. Nagbigay
si Pablo ng malinaw na dahilan kung bakit hindi tayo dapat makipag-kompromiso
sa pamumuhay ng sanlibutan: hindi maaaring pagsamahin ang katuwiran at
kalikuan, o ang kaliwanagan at kadiliman.
b. May
mahigpit na utos ang Diyos na lumabas at humiwalay sa mga maruruming gawain ng
sanlibutan upang mapanatili ang kabanalan ng Iglesya..
c. Nangako
ang Diyos na tatanggapin Niya tayo bilang Kanyang mga anak na lalaki at babae.
Ito ay nagpapakita ng kagalakan ng Diyos sa mga masunuring Kristiyano.
2 CORINTHIANS 6:17-18 “Wherefore
come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the
unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,
2Cor 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye
shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”

THOSE WHO DON’T MOVE IN FACING DEEP TRIALS IN CHRISTIAN LIFE
1PETER 1:7 “That the
trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth,
though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory
at the appearing of Jesus Christ:”
a. Ang
bawat Kristiyano ay tiyak na haharap sa mga matitinding pagsubok sa
pananampalataya, kaya’t labis na kinakailangan ang espiritwal na katatagan.
b. Ang
Diyos ng buong biyaya ay laging handang magpasakdal, magpatibay, at magpatatag
sa atin pagkatapos ng panandaliang paghihirap.
1 PETER 5:10 “But the
God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus,
after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen,
settle [you].”

THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND THAT THE GREAT COMMISSION IS WINNING LOST PEOPLE AT ANY
COST AT ANY TIME AND AT ANY OPPORTUNITY GOD IS GIVEN TO THE SOULWINNERS.
John 9:4-5 ) [4]I must
work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no
man can work.
[5]As long as I am in the world, I am the light of
the world.
a. Si
Pedro ay naging isang masigasig na taga-akay ng kaluluwa para kay Kristo sa
kanyang kapanahunan, kung saan libo-libo ang naligtas sa isang araw lamang.
( Acts 2: 36-41 ) [36]Therefore
let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus,
whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
[37]Now when they heard this, they were pricked in
their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and
brethren, what shall we do?
[38]Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be
baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of
sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
[39]For the promise is unto you, and to your
children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall
call.
[40]And with many other words did he testify and
exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
[41]Then they that gladly received his word were
baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand
souls.

unang iglesya ay lumago nang husto dahil sa kanilang walang-humpay na
pananalangin, pangangaral ng Salita, at ministeryo ng pag-akay ng mga kaluluwa
(soulwinning).
( Acts 6:4-7 ) [4]But we
will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.
[5]And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and
they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and
Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of
Antioch:
[6]Whom they set before the apostles: and when
they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.
[7]And the word of God increased; and the number
of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the
priests were obedient to the faith.
Pangwakas:
Ang
Diyos ng lahat ng biyaya ay labis na natutuwa kapag nakikita Niya ang bawat
Kristiyano na matapat sa pagsamba at naglilingkod nang may kagalakan habang
patuloy na umaakay ng mga nawawalang kaluluwa. Purihin ang Diyos sa magandang
patotoo ng Iglesya sa Jerusalem na nagkakaisa araw-araw.
( Acts 2:46-47 ) [46]And
they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from
house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
[47]Praising God, and having favour with all the
people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
