CHRISTIAN LET US SHOW TO THE WORLD GOD THAT WE HAVE A GREAT GOD AND HE IS FAITHFUL TO HIS CHILDREN AND TO ALL HIS CREATURES.
( Psalms 145:1- 3 ) 1 I will extol thee, my God, O king;
and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
2 Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name
for ever and ever.
3 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his
greatness is unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and
shall declare thy mighty acts.
5 I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of
thy wondrous works.
6 And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and
I will declare thy greatness.
7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great
goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to
anger, and of great mercy.
9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over
all his works.
* INTRODUCTION:
a. King David announced to the World how great
God is. I believe we Christian in our time in our generation should do also
what king David did in his to time that he declare the greatness of God to the
whole World.
* 5 GREAT THINGS THE CHRISTIAN IN OUR
TIME TO DECLARE THE GREATNESS OF GOD IN OUR LIFE.
1. BY SHOWING TO THE WORLD THAT THERE
IS A LOVING GOD WHO WANT THE LOST SINNERS TO BE SAVED.
( John 3:16 ) 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life.
( I Timothy 2:4 ) 4 Who will have all men to be saved,
and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
2. WE CAN SHOW TO THE WORLD THAT WE
HAVE A GRACIOUS GOD WHOSE GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR THEM TO BLESS THEIR LIVES.
( II Corinthians 12:9 ) 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for
my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather
glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
3. WE CAN SHOW TO THE WORLD THAT WE
HAVE A FATHER GOD THAT WILL TAKE OF HIS CHILDREN AND WILL PERFECTLY PROTECT US.
( Psalms 121: 1-5 ) 1 I will
lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth
thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor
sleep.
5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy
right hand.
( Psalms 91:1-5 ) 1 He that dwelleth in the secret
place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler,
and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings
shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for
the arrow that flieth by day;
4. WE CAN SHOW TO THE WORLD THAT OUR
GOD HAVE A CARING AND LOVING CHURCH THE WILL HELP THEM TO KNOW MORE OUR SAVIOUR
JESUS CHRIST.
( Ephesians 3:17-21 ) 17 That Christ may dwell in your
hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the
breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge,
that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly
above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus
throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
5. WE CAN SHOW TO THE WORLD THAT IT
IS POSSIBLE FOR A SAVED PERSON AND CHANGE THEIR WICKED FORMER LIFE NOW THAT
THEY ALREADY A CHRISTIAN.
( II Corinthians 5:17 ) 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ,
he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become
new.
( II TIMOTHY 1:9 ) 9 Who hath saved us, and called us
with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own
purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
* God bless you all always *
