KNOW IF GOD IS STILL WORKING IN THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN?

EPHESIANS 2:10 “For we are
his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before
ordained that we should walk in them.”
PHILIPPIANS 2:13 “For it is God which worketh
in you both to will and to do of [his] good pleasure.”
Panimula:
a. Ang
kaligtasang naranasan ng bawat totoong naging Kristiyano ay simula pa lamang ng
dakilang pagkilos ng Diyos sa ating buhay. Ngunit ang kaligtasan ang
pinakadakila sa lahat ng ginawa ng Diyos, dahil dito natin tinanggap ang
Kanyang dakilang pag-ibig.
JOHN 3:16 “For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
b. Ang
Diyos ay hindi pa tapos sa ating buhay bilang mga naligtas. Nais Niyang patuloy
na kumilos at gumawa sa atin upang tayo ay maging katulad ni Kristo, at maging
epektibo at mabunga ang ating buhay-Kristiyano.
c. Ang
Panginoong Hesus ang modelo o pattern ng Diyos upang hubugin ang buhay
ng bawat Kristiyano.

GREAT WORKINGS OF GOD IN THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN:
1. GOD
IS STILL CHANGING THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN
2CORINTHIANS 5:17 “Therefore
if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away;
behold, all things are become new.”
a. Hindi
natin kayang baguhin ang ating sarili, kaya ang Diyos ang babago sa atin—mula
sa masamang pamumuhay patungo sa isang bagong buhay na katulad ni Kristo.
b. Si
Kristo ay nag-iwan sa atin ng magandang halimbawa ng matuwid na pamumuhay upang
ating tularan.
1PETER 2:21 “For even
hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an
example, that ye should follow his steps:”
c. Ang
pagbabago sa buhay ng isang Kristiyano ay isang prosesong araw-araw na ginagawa
ng Diyos.
2 CORINTHIANS 4:16 “For which
cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward [man] is
renewed day by day.”
2. GOD
IS STILL CLEANING THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN
JOHN 15:1-3 “I am the
true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
Jn 15:2
Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he
taketh away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may
bring forth more fruit.
Jn 15:3
Now ye are clean through the word which I have
spoken unto you.”
a. Sinabi
ni Hesus na tayo ay nililinis Niya sa pamamagitan ng Salita ng Diyos.
JOHN15:3 “Now ye are
clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.”
b. Ang
Salita ng Diyos ay mabisang panlinis at pampabanal sa buhay ng bawat
Kristiyano.
JOHN 17:17 “Sanctify
them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
c. Gagamitin
lamang ng Diyos ang buhay ng Kristiyano sa Kanyang dakilang gawain kung ito ay
totoong malinis at nakatalaga.
2 TIMOTHY 2:21 “If a man
therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour,
sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, [and] prepared unto every good
work.”
3. GOD
IS STILL IN CONTROL EVEN IN THE GOOD TIMES AND BAD TIMES OF THE CHRISTIAN
2 CORINTHIANS 1:4-10 “Who
comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which
are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
2Cor 1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in
us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
2Cor 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, [it is] for
your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same
sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, [it is] for your
consolation and salvation.
2Cor 1:7 And our hope of you [is] stedfast,
knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so [shall ye be] also of
the consolation.
2Cor 1:8 For we would not, brethren, have you
ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of
measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:
2Cor 1:9 But we had the sentence of death in
ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the
dead:
2Cor 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death,
and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver [us];”

Diyos na nagpapahintulot ng pagsubok ang Siya ring aaliw at magliligtas sa
Kristiyano sa gitna ng matitinding suliranin upang maihayag ang buhay ni Hesus
sa atin.
2CORINTHIANS 4:10 “Always
bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of
Jesus might be made manifest in our body.”
b. Ang
tapat na Diyos ay hindi magpapahintulot ng pagsubok o problema na hindi natin
kayang pagtagumpayan.
1 CORINTHIANS 10:13 “There hath
no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God [is] faithful,
who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the
temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear [it].”
c. Ang
Diyos din ang magpapala sa atin pagkatapos nating mapagtagumpayan ang mga
matinding pagsubok, gaya ng karanasan ni Job.
JOB 42:12-17 “So the
Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen
thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a
thousand she asses.
Job 42:13
He had also
seven sons and three daughters.
Job 42:14
And he called the name of the first, Jemima; and
the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Keren–happuch.
Job 42:15
And in all the land were no women found [so] fair
as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their
brethren.
Job 42:16
After this lived Job an hundred and forty years,
and saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, [even] four generations.
Job 42:17
So Job died, [being] old and full of days.”
4. GOD
IS STILL CALLING MORE LABORERS INTO HIS VINEYARD TO HARVEST PRECIOUS SOULS
LUKE 10:1-3 “After
these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two
before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
Lk 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest
truly [is] great, but the labourers [are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of
the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
Lk 10:3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as
lambs among wolves.”
a. Nagsanay
si Kristo ng pitumpung (70) mga manggagawa upang makatuwang Niya sa pag-aani ng
maraming kaluluwa.
b. Hinahamon
tayo ni Kristo na imulat ang ating mga mata at tingnan ang napakaraming
kaluluwa na handa nang maligtas.
JOHN 4:35 “Say not
ye, There are yet four months, and [then] cometh harvest? behold, I say unto
you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to
harvest.”
c. Ang
iglesya sa Jerusalem ay isang magandang huwaran ng isang mabunga at masiglang
buhay-Kristiyano.
ACTS 2:41, 47 41“Then
they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were
added [unto them] about three thousand souls.
Acts 2:47
Praising God, and having favour with all the
people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.”
5. GOD
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS STILL MOVING AND WORKING IN THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN.
( John 16:13 ) Howbeit
when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he
shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak:
and he will shew you things to come.
Ang
Banal na Espiritu ay nagbibigay ng kapangyarihan sa mga Kristiyano upang maging
epektibo sa paglilingkod sa Diyos at sa pagiging saksi.
( Acts 1:8 ) But ye
shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall
be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and
unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Ang
Banal na Espiritu ang nagtuturo at gumagabay sa atin upang manalangin ayon sa
kalooban ng Diyos sa gitna ng ating kahinaan.
( Romans 8:26 ) Likewise
the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray
for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with
groanings which cannot be uttered.
6. GOD
IS STILL CHALLENGING THE CHURCH TO GO FOR MISSIONS INTO ALL THE WORLD
MATTHEW 28:19-20 “Go ye
therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mt 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the
end of the world. Amen.”
a. Ang
pagmimisyon ang susi upang ang ebanghelyo ni Kristo Hesus ay makarating sa
bawat tao sa buong mundo.
b. Utos
ni Kristo na bautismuhan sa pangalan ng Ama, ng Anak, at ng Banal na Espiritu
ang bawat taong sumasampalataya at naligtas.
c. May
dakilang pangako ang Diyos na sasamahan Niya tayo sa ating paghayo hanggang sa
katapusan ng sanlibutan.
Pangwakas:
Ang
Diyos ay laging handang gumawa at kumilos sa buhay ng bawat Kristiyano. Nais
Niyang maging epektibo, mabunga, at mapagpalaya ang ating buhay upang Siya ay
lubos na maluwalhati.
1 PETER 5:10 “But the
God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus,
after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen,
settle [you].”
