[K] [PREACHING LESSON 13:] OH WHAT A GREAT CHANGE AFTER SALVATION EXPERIENCE OF GOD'S PEOPLE.

OH WHAT A GREAT CHANGE AFTER SALVATION EXPERIENCE OF GOD'S PEOPLE.

( II Cor. 5:14-21 )

1. CONSTRAINED BY THE LOVE OF CHRIST EXPERIENCE.

( V.14 ) 14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

a. Paul challenge the Christian to love the Lord yet more and more.

( Philippians 1:9 ) 9 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment;

b. Christians are constrained by the of Christ in serving the Lord.

( II Cor. 5:14 )14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

2. CONVICTED BY THE WORD OF GOD EXPERIENCE.

( V. 15-16 ) 15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

a. The Word of God is powerful with edge sword the bible said.

( Hebrews 4:12 ) 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

b The Word of God is the word of truth not the word of man but the word of God.

( 1 Thessalonians 2: 13 ) For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

3. CONTINUES CHANGE EXPIRIENCE IN CHRISTIAN.  LIFE

( Corinthians 5:17 ) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

a. Great change from sinfull and worldly life into spiritual life.

( Ephesians 4: 19-25 )19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

20 But ye have not so learned Christ;

21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

b. Great change being the children of the devil before when are not yet save yet. But now we are the Children of God after accepting Christvas our Lord and Savior of our life.

( John 1:12-13 )12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

4. COMFORT IN DEEP TROUBLES IN LIFE EXPERIENCE.

( II Cor. 1: 4-10 ) 4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

7 And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

a. Christians are comforted by God in times of deep trouble and trials in life. ( v. 4 )

b. Christians are comforted by God at coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

( I Thessalonians 4:18 )18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

5. COMMISSION TO FULLFIL GOD'S MINISTRY EXPERIENCE.

( II Cor. 5 :19-21 ) 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

a. Christians are called the Ambassadors of Christ .

* God bless you all always *
