WHAT MAKES THE PRAYER OF A CHRISTIAN
POWERFUL?
(JAMES 5:15-16) “And the
prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he
have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to
another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent
prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
Five (5) great
reasons why there is power in the prayer of a Christian:

answering saith unto them, Have faith in God... Therefore I say unto you, What
things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye
shall have them.”
b. Strong faith

a faithful Christian will always be blessed by God.
(PROVERBS 28:20) “A faithful
man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not
be innocent.”
III. THE
FRUITFUL LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN MAKES THEIR PRAYER POWERFUL
(JOHN 15:16) “Ye have not
chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring
forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of
the Father in my name, he may give it you.”
IV. THE
GOD-FEARING LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN ENSURES THEIR PRAYERS ARE ANSWERED
(PSALMS 128:1-4) “Blessed is
every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.”

with thee... Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.”
