PROVERBS 3:17 “Her ways [are] ways of pleasantness, and all her paths [are] peace.”
Panimula:
a. Kinukumpirma ng Diyos sa Kanyang mga anak na kung
pipiliin ng isang Kristiyano na sundin ang Kanyang payo sa atin, tinitiyak Niya
sa atin na ating makakamtan ang isang kasiya-siya at mapayapang buhay sa ating
buhay Kristiyano.
b. Ngunit binigyan tayo ng Diyos ng isang paunang
babala na kung hindi natin papansinin at ating tatanggihan ang Kanyang payo,
malaking kaguluhan at banta ang kakahaharapin natin sa buhay Kristiyano.
PSALMS
89:30-32 “If his children forsake my law,
and walk not in my judgments;
Pss 89:31 If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
Pss 89:32 Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their
iniquity with stripes.”

1. CHOOSING TO
VALUE GOD’S WORD WILL BRING YOU PLEASANTNESS AND PEACE
(Ang pagpili
sa pagpapahalaga sa Salita ng Diyos ay magdadala sa iyo ng kasiyahan at
kapayapaan)
PROVERBS 3:1-2 “My son, forget not my law; but let thine
heart keep my commandments:
Prov 3:2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.”
a.
Pinaaalalahanan tayo ng Diyos na huwag
kalimutan ang Kanyang salita at pinangakuan ang Kanyang mga anak ng mahabang
buhay.
b.
Pinahalagahan ni Haring David ang
Salita ng Diyos at ginamit ito sa kanyang pang-araw-araw na matuwid na lakad at
tinawag siyang mapalad.
PSALMS 1:1-3 “Blessed [is] the man
that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of
sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. a
Pss 1:2 But his delight [is] in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he
meditate day and night.
Pss 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that
bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and
whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

mula sa Panginoon sapagkat pinahahalagahan niya ang Salita ng Diyos.
2. CHOOSING TO CLAIM GOD’S MERCY AND TRUTH WILL
ENJOY FAVOR AND GOOD UNDERSTANDING IN HIS SIGHT
(Ang pagpiling
kailanganin ang awa at katotohanan ng Diyos ay magtatamasa ng pabor at mabuting
pag-unawa sa Kanyang paningin)
PROVERBS 3:3-4
“Let
not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the
table of thine heart:
Prov 3:4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God
and man.”
a.
Ang Diyos ay maawain at matapat at
laging magagamit para sa anak ng Diyos na matamasa ito.
b.
Nangako ang Diyos ng biyaya at mabuting
pag-unawa sa harap Niya at sa kanyang mga anak.
c.
Naranasan ng iglesya sa Jerusalem ang
pabor ng Diyos pati na rin sa harap ng mga tao sa kanilang panahon.
ACTS 2:47 “Praising God, and
having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such
as should be saved.”
3. CHOOSING TO TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL THEIR
HEART WILL ENJOY GOD’S PROMISE TO DIRECT THEIR PATHS
(Ang pagpili na magtiwala
sa Panginoon ng buong puso ay masisiyahan sa pangako ng Diyos na gagabay sa
kanilang mga landas)
PROVERBS 3:5-6
“Trust
in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Prov 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
a.
Ang magtiwala sa Panginoon ay katumbas
ng pananampalataya sa Diyos at pangako ng Diyos na sasagutin tayo sa ating mga
panalangin sa Kanya.
MARK 11:24 “Therefore I say unto
you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them],
and ye shall have [them].”
b.
Ang Diyos ay hindi nalulugod at naluluwalhati
sa buhay ng Kristiyanong walang pananalig sa Kanya.
HEBREWS 11:6 “But without faith [it
is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he
is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
4. CHOOSING TO FEAR GOD AND DEPART FROM EVIL
WILL ENJOY GOD’S BOUNTIFUL SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL AND MATERIAL PROMISE
(Ang pagpili na matakot
sa Diyos at umalis mula sa kasamaan ay magtatamasa ng masaganang pangako ng
Diyos sa espirituwal, pisikal at materyal)
PROVERBS
3:7-17 “Be
not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.
Prov 3:8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.
Prov 3:9 Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all
thine increase:
Prov 3:10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst
out with new wine.
Prov 3:11 My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of
his correction:
Prov 3:12 For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son [in
whom] he delighteth.
Prov 3:13 Happy [is] the man [that] findeth wisdom, and the man [that] getteth
understanding.
Prov 3:14 For the merchandise of it [is] better than the merchandise of silver,
and the gain thereof than fine gold.
Prov 3:15 She [is] more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst
desire are not to be compared unto her.
Prov 3:16 Length of days [is] in her right hand; [and] in her left hand riches
and honour.
Prov 3:17 Her ways [are] ways of pleasantness, and all her paths [are] peace.”

Diyos ay totoong may katiyakan na mararanasan ang lahat ng pagpapala ng Diyos
sa ating buhay Kristiyano.
1TIMOTHY 1:12 “And I thank Christ
Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting
me into the ministry;”
b.
Ang ating pagsunod sa kalooban ng Diyos
ay hindi mahirap malaman dahil ito ay nasa Kanyang Salita. Maiwawasto nito kung
nagkakamali tayo sa ating buhay Kristiyano.
PROVERBS 3:11-12
“My
son, despise not the chastening of the Lord; neither be weary of his
correction:
Prov 3:12 For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son [in
whom] he delighteth.”
Pangwakas:
Ang kaligayahan at kapayapaan ay laging magagamit sa Kristiyanong pinipili
na sundin ang kalooban ng Diyos sa kanilang buhay.
