PHILIPPIANS 3:7-8 “But what things were gain to me, those I
counted loss for Christ.
Php 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things [but] loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them [but] dung, that I may win Christ,”
Php 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things [but] loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them [but] dung, that I may win Christ,”
Panimula:
PHILIPPIANS 3:9 “And be
found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that
which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by
faith:”
Mga mahahalagang katuruan na dapat maunawaan:
1. DRAINING
SELF-RIGHTEOUSNESS AND GAINING CHRIST’S RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR CHRISTIAN LIFE
(Pagtatanggal
PHILIPPIANS 3:9
“And be found in him, not
having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through
the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:”
a.
ROMANS 5:8-10 “But God commendeth his
love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”
b.
katuwiran, kabanalan, at katubusan.
1CORINTHIANS
1:30
“But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and
righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:”
c.
Tayo ay malaya at may katatagan na
makapagpuri sa Diyos.
1CORINTHIANS
1:31 “That,
according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.”
2. DRAINING SELF-CENTEREDNESS AND GAINING CHRIST’S
POWER IN OUR CHRISTIAN LIFE
PHILIPPIANS 3:10 “That I may know him, and the power of
his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable
unto his death;”
a.
Kung wala si Hesus na kumikilos sa
ating buhay ay wala tayong magagawa.
JOHN 15:5 “I am the vine, ye [are]
the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much
fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”
b.
GALATIANS 2:20 “I am crucified with
Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life
which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved
me, and gave himself for me.”
c.
kanya.
PHILIPPIANS 4:13 “I can do all things
through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
3. DRAINING OUR
SELF-WORLDLINESS AND GAINING GOD’S PERFECT LOVE IN OUR CHRISTIAN LIFE
1JOHN 2:15-17 “Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any
man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1Jn 2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1Jn 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”
1Jn 2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1Jn 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”
a.
2CORINTHIANS 6:14-17
“Be
ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath
righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with
darkness?
2Cor 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
2Cor 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
2Cor 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,”
2Cor 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
2Cor 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
2Cor 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,”
b.
Kung iibigin natin ang sanlibutan ay
wala sa atin ang pag-ibig ng Diyos.
1JOHN 2:15 “Love not the world,
neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love
of the Father is not in him.”
c.
2TIMOTHY 4:10 “For Demas hath
forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto
Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.”
4. DRAINING OUR BARRENNESS
AND GAINING GOD’S FRUITFULNESS IN OUR CHRISTIAN LIFE
2PETER 1:8-9 “For if these things be in you, and abound, they make [you that ye
shall] neither [be] barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus
Christ.
2Pet 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.”
2Pet 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.”
a.
JOHN 15:1-2 “I am the true vine, and
my Father is the husbandman.
Jn 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.”
Jn 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.”
b.
Ang Salita ng Diyos ay mabisang
panlinis sa ating kasalanan.
JOHN 15:3 “Now ye are clean
through the word which I have spoken unto you.”
c.
Kung malinis ang buhay ng Kristiyano,
mamumunga siya ng marami.
JOHN 15:8 “Herein is my Father
glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”
Pangwakas:
PHILIPPIANS
4:13 “I
can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
1CORINTHIANS
15:57 “But
thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Pagpalain kayong lahat ng Diyos.
