SEEKING
GOD’S MERCY IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO CHRISTIANS
(Ang
paghahanap ng awa ng Diyos ay laging posible sa mga Kristiyano)
PSALMS 118:1-4 “O give thanks
unto the Lord; for [he is] good: because his mercy [endureth] for ever.
Pss 118:2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy
[endureth] for ever.
Pss 118:3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his
mercy [endureth] for ever.
Pss 118:4 Let them now that fear the Lord say, that
his mercy [endureth] for ever.”
Panimula:
a. Ang masaganang awa ng Diyos ay posibleng
masumpungan ng bawat Kristiyano na nangangailangan nito. Kahit si Haring David
ay totoong lubos na nagpapasalamat sapagkat lagi siyang nakakasumpong ng
masaganang awa ng Diyos sa kanyang buhay.
b. Ang awa ng Diyos ay pagpapahayag ng lubos
na pag-ibig at pag-iingat ng Diyos sa buhay ng Kristiyano at maipahayag natin
ang kadakilaan ng awa ng Diyos sa mga makasalanan.
PSALMS 118:16-17 “The right hand
of the Lord is exalted: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.
Pss 118:17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the
works of the Lord.”
Mga paraan
upang masumpungan ang masaganang awa ng Diyos:
1. WE CAN
FIND THE MERCY OF GOD IN OUR DAILY PRAYERS
(Masusumpungan
natin ang awa ng Diyos sa araw-araw nating mga panalangin)
HEBREWS 4:16 “Let us
therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and
find grace to help in time of need.”
a. Ang Diyos mismo ang nag-aanyaya sa bawat
Kristiyano na tayo ay lumapit sa trono ng Kanyang biyaya sa paraan ng
pang-araw-araw na panalangin at pangako ng Diyos na makakasumpong tayo ng awa
sa Kanya.
b. Laging nakakasumpong si Haring David ng awa
ng Diyos sa oras ng pananalangin.
PSALMS 117:2 “For his
merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord [endureth] for
ever. Praise ye the Lord.”
2. WE CAN
FIND THE MERCY OF GOD IN OUR DAILY PRAISING OF HIM
(Masusumpungan
natin ang awa ng Diyos sa araw-araw nating pagpuri sa Kanya)
PSALMS 116:1-2 “I love the
Lord, because he hath heard my voice [and] my supplications.
Pss 116:2 Because he hath inclined his ear unto me,
therefore will I call upon [him] as long as I live.”
a. Ang pagsamba at pagpuri sa Diyos ay
mahalagang gawain ng Kristiyano dahil may pangako ang Diyos na awa sa bawat
Kristiyanong mananamba.
b. May pangakong kagalakan sa bawat
Kristiyanong handang magpuri at sumamba sa Diyos.
PSALMS 105:2-3 “Sing unto him,
sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
Pss 105:3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of
them rejoice that seek the Lord.”
c. Ang kalakasang espiritwal ay pangako sa
bawat handang sumamba at magpuri sa Diyos.
PSALMS 105:4 “Seek the Lord,
and his strength: seek his face evermore.”
3. WE CAN
FIND THE MERCY OF GOD BY OUR DAILY PRACTICE TO WALK BY FAITH
(Masusumpungan
natin ang awa ng Diyos sa araw-araw nating paglakad sa pamamagitan ng
pananampalataya)
ROMANS 1:17 “For therein is
the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The
just shall live by faith.”
a. Masagana ang awa ng Diyos sa bawat
Kristiyano na lumalakad sa pananampalataya at makakatiyak ng tulong mula sa
Kanya.
HEBREWS 11:32-33 “And what shall
I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and [of] Barak, and
[of] Samson, and [of] Jephthae; [of] David also, and Samuel, and [of] the
prophets:
Heb 11:33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought
righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,”
b. Sa pananampalataya ay nagsipagtagumpay ang
mga Kristiyano sa mga labanan sa awa ng Diyos.
PSALMS 107:1-2 “O give thanks
unto the Lord, for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.
Pss 107:2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say [so], whom
he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;”
c. Makikita at mararanasan ng mga
Kristiyanong lumalakad sa pananampalataya ang kapangyarihan ng Diyos.

4. WE CAN
FIND THE MERCY OF GOD BY OUR DAILY PREACHING OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST TO LOST
PEOPLE

mga di pa ligtas)
2TIMOTHY 4:2 “Preach the
word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all
longsuffering and doctrine.”
a. Ang kaligtasan ng kaluluwa ay kapahayagan
ng dakilang awa at pag-ibig ng Diyos.
JOHN 3:16 “For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
b. Laging handa si Pablo sa lahat ng panahon
na ipahayag ang ebanghelyo ni Hesu-Kristo.
ROMANS 1:15 “So, as much as
in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.”
c. Ang pamamahayag ng ebanghelyo ni Kristo
ay siyang kapangyarihan at awa ng Diyos sa ikaliligtas ng bawat
sumasampalataya.
ROMANS 1:16 “For I am not
ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to
every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”
Pangwakas:
Posibleng
masumpungan ang dakila at masaganang awa ng Diyos sa ating buhay bilang
Kristiyano sapagkat ang dakilang awa ng Diyos ay natatag na sa langit.
PSALMS 89:1-2 “I will sing of
the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy
faithfulness to all generations.
Pss 89:2 For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for
ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.”
