ACTS 6:7 “And the word
of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem
greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.”
ACTS 2:41 – "Then
they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were
added unto them about three thousand souls."
Panimula:
a. Mahalaga na malaman ng bawat
Kristiyano ang direksyon ng paglago ng lokal na iglesya upang makita nila ang
mga pangangailangan sa ministeryo. Sa gayon, malalaman nila kung saan at paano
sila maaaring makatulong sa pagpapalawak ng gawain.
b. Alam na alam ng lokal
na iglesya sa Jerusalem ang estado ng kanilang paglago sapagkat ang bawat
miyembro ay sama-samang naglilingkod at nagkakaisa para sa Panginoon.
ACTS 2:41 “Then they

MALAGONG LOKAL NA IGLESYA:
1. THE SPIRITUALITY OF THE
LOCAL CHURCH
(Ang Espiritwalidad ng Lokal na Iglesya)
ACTS 6:5-7 “And the saying
pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of
the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and
Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:
Acts 6:6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid
[their] hands on them.
Acts 6:7 And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples
multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were
obedient to the faith.”
a. Ang pagiging espiritwal
ng mga miyembro ay isang mahalagang pundasyon. Kapag ang Banal na Espiritu ang
kumikilos, nagbibigay Siya ng kapangyarihan upang ang bawat isa ay mamuhay nang
may kabanalan.
ACTS 1:8 “But ye shall
receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be
witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto
the uttermost part of the earth.”
ACTS 2:4-8 “And they were
all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the
Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 2:5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every
nation under heaven.
Acts 2:6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were
confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
Acts 2:7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold,
are not all these which speak Galilæans?
Acts 2:8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?”
b. Ang pamumuhay nang may
kabanalan at pananatili sa Panginoon ang tunay na susi upang maging mabunga
(fruitful) ang lokal na iglesya.
JOHN 15:3-4 “Now ye are
clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
Jn 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.”
2. THE
UNITY OF THE LOCAL CHURCH
(Ang Pagkakaisa ng Lokal na Iglesya)
PSALMS 133:1-3 “Behold, how
good and how pleasant [it is] for brethren to dwell together in unity!
Pss 133:2 [It is] like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon
the beard, [even] Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
Pss 133:3 As the dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the
mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, [even] life for
evermore.”
a. Mahalaga
ang pagkakaisa ng bawat miyembro dahil mas lalo tayong nagiging epektibo sa
pag-abot ng mga kaluluwa kay Kristo kapag walang pagkakabahagi.
b. Kapag may pagkakaisa,
walang anumang hadlang ang makakapigil sa pagsasakatuparan ng mga malalaking
programa at pangitain (vision) ng iglesya.
PSALMS 133:2 “[It is]

c. Ang masaganang
pagpapala ng Diyos ay natural na dumadaloy sa isang lokal na iglesya na
nagkakaisa sa iisang layunin.
PSALMS 133:3 “As the
dew of Hermon, [and as the dew] that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for
there the Lord commanded the blessing, [even] life for evermore.”
3. THE SINCERITY OF GIVING
OF THE LOCAL CHURCH
(Ang Katapatan sa Pagbibigay ng Lokal na Iglesya)
2 CORINTHIANS 8:8-9 “I speak not by
commandment, but by occasion of the forwardness of others, and to prove the
sincerity of your love.
2Cor 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was
rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be
rich.”
a. Ang mapagmalasakit at
may sakripisyong pagbibigay ng mga taga-Macedonia ay isang malinaw na katunayan
ng kanilang malalim na pagmamahal sa Diyos.
b. Ang Panginoong Hesus
ang ating pinakamagandang huwaran; ang Kanyang pagpapakasakit ang nag-uudyok sa
atin upang magbigay nang may lubos na katapatan at kagalakan sa puso.
2 CORINTHIANS 8:9 “For ye know the
grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he
became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.”
c. Malinaw
ang prinsipyo ng Kaharian: mas mapalad at pinagpapala ng Diyos ang nagbibigay
kaysa sa tumatanggap.
ACTS 20:35 “I have shewed
you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to
remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give
than to receive.”
4. THE
AVAILABILITY IN SOUL-WINNING OF THE LOCAL CHURCH
(Ang Pagiging Handa ng Lokal na Iglesya sa Pag-aakay
ng Kaluluwa)
ACTS 5:42 “And daily
in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus
Christ.”
a. Naging mabilis at
kahanga-hanga ang paglago ng iglesya sa Jerusalem dahil ang mga miyembro ay
naglaan ng kanilang oras, lakas, at buhay sa araw-araw na pag-aakay ng
kaluluwa.
b. Laging
nagsasanay ang Panginoong Hesus ng mga karagdagang manggagawa dahil alam Niyang
malawak ang gawaing dapat ihanda.
LUKE 10:1-2 “After these
things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before
his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
Lk 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly [is] great, but the
labourers [are] few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would
send forth labourers into his harvest.”
c. Patuloy na hinahamon ng
Panginoon ang lokal na iglesya na huwag magpaliban, kundi tignan ang paligid na
handang-handa na para sa pag-aani ng mga kaluluwa.
JOHN 4:35 “Say not ye,
There are yet four months, and [then] cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you,
Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to
harvest.”
Pangwakas:
Ang mga batayang ito ay
kitang-kita at buhay na buhay sa isang lokal na iglesya na patuloy na
nakakaranas ng supernatural at lubos-lubos na paglago mula sa Diyos. Kapag ang
espiritwalidad, pagkakaisa, katapatan sa pagbibigay, at hilig sa kaluluwa ay
naroon, hindi mapipigilan ang paglago ng iglesya.
ACTS 2:46-47 “And they,
continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house
to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
Acts 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord
added to the church daily such as should be saved.”
