WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF CHRISTIANS WON'T GO?

 

( Mark 16:15 ) And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

 

a. Winning lost people, which is disregarded and disobeyed by God's people, is in fact the greatest commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ to His Church.

 

b. The world is in a hopeless and helpless situation because of sin.

If Christians will not "GO" and reach these people with the gospel, God will certainly judge them and send them to the everlasting fire in "Hell" in due time.

 

( II Thessalonians 1:8-9 ) In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

9. Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

 

* Things that will happen if Christians will not GO:

 

1. The world will remain in darkness because of sin

 

( John 1:5 ) And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

 

The Bible says the world is in total darkness, and Christians are commanded by Christ to be the light of it.

 

( Mathew 5:16 ) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

 

2. The world will remain blind and lost

( Luke19:10 ) For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

 

Lost people are blind spiritually, causing them to need someone to guide them in finding the only Savior, Jesus Christ.

 

( II Cor. 4:4 ) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

 

3. The world will remain dead spiritually

 

Sinners were dead spiritually because of the sin of Adam and Eve.

 

( Ephesians 2:1-3 ) [1]And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

[2]Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

[3]Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

 

4. The world will remain under God's Judgment in hell.

I challenge you, Christians, to GO and reach the lost with the gospel of Christ

 

( Romans 1:16 ) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
