[G] [PREACHING LESSON 5:] THE MAKING OF BEING A TRUE SERVANT OF CHRIST

(Ang pagbuo ng pagiging isang tunay na lingkod ni Cristo)

GALATIANS 5:13 “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only [use] not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.”

Panimula:

a.     Ayon sa Galacia 5:13 "dapat tayong maglingkod sa isa't isa."

b.    Ang iba pang mga talata sa Banal na Kasulatan kasama ang Efeso 2:10 at Tito 3:8 ay magpapatunay na ang buhay Kristiyano ay isang paglilingkod.

EPHESIANS 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

TITUS 3:8 “[This is] a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.”

c.      Maging ang Dakilang Utos ay nagpapahiwatig na ang mga Kristiyano ay dapat maglingkod. Sinasabi sa atin ng Mateo 28:19-20 na turuan ang lahat ng mga bansa, magbautismo at magturo sa mga taong nagtitiwala kay Cristo.

MATTHEW 28:19-20 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mt 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Ang lahat ng mga aksyon na ito ay mga paraan ng paglilingkod sa iba.

Isaalang-alang natin kung paano natin mapapabuti ang ating paglilingkod para sa iba.

1. ACKNOWLEDGE CHRIST'S EXAMPLE

 (Kilalanin ang halimbawa ni Kristo)

JOHN 13:14-17 “If I then, [your] Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
Jn 13:15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
Jn 13:16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
Jn 13:17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.”

a.     “… Ang alipin ay hindi dakila kaysa sa kanyang panginoon; ni ang sinugo ay higit pa kaysa sa nagsugo sa kanya. "

b.    Ang ating Panginoong Jesus ay nagpakita ng halimbawa ng paglilingkod sa pamamagitan ng pagsasagawa ng paghuhugas ng mga paa ng mga alagad. Ipinahiwatig din niya na ang Kanyang mga alagad ay dapat sundin ang Kanyang halimbawa.

c.      Ang Diyos Ama ay patuloy na humuhubog sa buhay ng mga Kristiyano gamit ang halimbawa ng buhay ng Panginoong Jesucristo bilang tamang modelo.

1PETER 2:21 “For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:”

2. ACCEPT THE FACT THAT JESUS WANTS YOU TO BE A SERVANT

(Tanggapin ang katotohanan na nais ni Jesus na ikaw ay maging isang alipin)

MARK 10:42-45 “But Jesus called them [to him], and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.
Mk 10:43 But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
Mk 10:44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.
Mk 10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”

a.     Ang Panginoong Jesucristo ay tumatawag at gumagamit ng mga ligtas na tao upang maging Kanyang alipin at isagawa ang Kanyang dakilang ministeryo.

2TIMOTHY 1:9 “Who hath saved us, and called [us] with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,”

b.    Hindi ginagamit ni Kristo ang mararangal at makapangyarihang tao sa mundong ito upang maglingkod sa Kanya at maisagawa ang Kanyang dakilang gawain.

1CORINTHIANS 1:26-29 “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, [are called]:
1Cor 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1Cor 1:28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, [yea], and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
1Cor 1:29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.”

c.      Pinili ng Panginoong Jesucristo ang Kanyang alagad na maging Kanyang mga katrabaho sa Kanyang ubasan at hinihikayat tayo na maging isang mabungang lingkod.

JOHN 15:16 “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and [that] your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

3. ATTAIN THE ATTITUDE OF A SERVANT

(Makamit ang saloobin ng isang lingkod)

JOHN 14:15 “If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

a.     Ang isang mabuting pag-uugali ng alipin ni Cristo ay ang pagsunod sa kanyang Panginoon at iyon ang pagpapakita ng ating pag-ibig sa Kanya.

b.    Ang isang mabuting lingkod ay tinawag upang maging isang mabuting sundalo ng Panginoong Jesucristo.

2TIMOTHY 2:3-4 “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
2Tim 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of [this] life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.”

c.      Ang tunay na lingkod ni Cristo ay matapat at tapat na lingkod sa kanyang Panginoon.

PHILIPPIANS 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ:”

4. ACT AS A SERVANT OF CHRIST

(Kumilos bilang isang lingkod ni Cristo)

GALATIANS 5:13-14 “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only [use] not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
Gal 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, [even] in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

a.     Ang kumilos bilang isang lingkod ni Cristo ay paglingkuran ang iba sa pag-ibig.

2CORINTHIANS 5:14 “For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:”

b.    Si Pablo ay kumilos bilang mabuting lingkod ng Panginoong Jesucristo upang maging epektibo sa pag-aakay ng napakaraming tao.

1CORINTHIANS 9:19 “For though I be free from all [men], yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.”

Pagpalain kayong lahat ng Diyos.
