GOD’S
PERFECT REMEDY IN FACING STRESS IN CHRISTIAN LIFE
(Ang perpektong lunas ng Diyos
para sa pagharap sa hirap sa buhay Kristiyano)
MATTHEW 11:28 “Come unto
me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Panimula:
a. Sa
panahon natin ay makakarinig ka ng maraming mga nagsasabi na sila ay hirap na
hirap na sa kanilang karamdaman, hirap na hirap na sa mga problemang
kinakaharap at halos mawalan na ng pag-asa sa buhay.
b. Malakas
na Kristiyano si Pablo ngunit dumating pa rin sa kanyang buhay na halos mawalan
na siya ng pag-asa sa buhay.
2CORINTHIANS 1:8-9 “For we
would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia,
that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired
even of life:
2Cor 1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not
trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:”

1. GOD’S LOVE IS A
PERFECT REMEDY
(Ang pag-ibig ng Diyos ay
perpektong lunas)
JOHN 3:16 “For God so
loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth
in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
a. Ang
dakilang pag-ibig ng Diyos ang naging dahilan kung bakit tayo ay nakakatiyak ng
buhay na walang hanggan. Iisipin ko lang na ako ay may buhay na walang hanggan
higit pa ako sa mga kilalang pinakamayaman sa buong mundo.
b. Ang
ating bagabag ay dito lamang sa lupa ngunit pagbalik ng Panginoon Jesus ay
kukunin tayo at pasasa-Panginoon magpakailan-kailan pa man.
1THESSALONIANS 4:17-18 “Then we which
are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to
meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Thes 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”
2. GOD’S WORD IS A PERFECT
REMEDY
(Ang salita ng Diyos ay
perpektong lunas)
PSALMS 19:7-11 “The law of the
Lord [is] perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord [is] sure,
making wise the simple.
Pss 19:8 The statutes of the Lord [are] right, rejoicing the heart: the
commandment of the Lord [is] pure, enlightening the eyes.
Pss 19:9 The fear of the Lord [is] clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of
the Lord [are] true [and] righteous altogether.
Pss 19:10 More to be desired [are they] than gold, yea, than much fine gold:
sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Pss 19:11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: [and] in keeping of them
[there is] great reward.”
a. Ang
dalisay na Salita ng Diyos ang nagpapalakas sa mahihina at nanlulupaypay na
kaluluwa.
PSALMS 19:7 “The law

dalisay na Salita ng Diyos ang nagpapasaya sa malungkot na puso.

dalisay na Salita ng Diyos ang nagpapaliwanag sa ating mga mata.

d. Ang
dalisay na Salita ng Diyos ang nagbibigay ng babala at ang bawat sumusunod dito
ay may malaking gantimpala.

3. GOD’S COMFORT IS A
PERFECT REMEDY
(Ang ginhawa ng Diyos ay
perpektong lunas)
2CORINTHIANS 12:9 “And he said
unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in
weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the
power of Christ may rest upon me.”
a. Naranasan
ni Pablo ang pang-aaliw ng Diyos sa kanyang buhay. Halos nawalan na siya ng
pag-asa subalit ang kaaliwan ng Diyos ang naging sakdal na lunas.
b. Natutunan
ni Pablo na magtiwala sa Diyos sa panahon ng kanyang malaking kabagabagan.
2CORINTHIANS 1:9 “But we
had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves,
but in God which raiseth the dead:”
c. Perpektong
pagliligtas ang pangako ng Diyos sa lahat ng panahon.
2CORINTHIANS 1:10 “Who
delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he
will yet deliver [us];”
4. GOD’S GRACE IS A
PERFECT REMEDY
(Ang biyaya ng Diyos ay
perpektong lunas)
2CORINTHIANS 12:9 “And he said

a. Ang
biyaya ng Diyos ay sapat sa oras ng ating mabigat na problema at pagsubok sa
buhay.
b. Ang
Diyos ng biyaya ang Siya ring nagpapalakas, nagpapatatag, at nagpapatibay sa
atin.
1PETER 5:10 “But the God of
all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after
that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle
[you].”
5. GOD’S CHURCH IS A
PERFECT REMEDY
(Ang iglesya ng Diyos ay
perpektong lunas)
ACTS 2:42-47 “And they
continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking
of bread, and in prayers.
Acts 2:43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done
by the apostles.
Acts 2:44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
Acts 2:45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all [men],
as every man had need.
Acts 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and
breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and
singleness of heart,
Acts 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord
added to the church daily such as should be saved.”
a. Ang
iglesya lokal ay malaking tulong upang tayo ay tulungang maging matatag
espiritwal.
b. Ang
mga lingkod ng Diyos sa loob ng iglesya lokal ay malaking tulong upang tayo ay
lumago sa ating buhay Kristiyano.
EPHESIANS 4:11-16 “And he gave
some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors
and teachers;
Eph 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for
the edifying of the body of Christ:
Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of
the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the
fulness of Christ:
Eph 4:14 That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and
carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning
craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things,
which is the head, [even] Christ:
Eph 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that
which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure
of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in
love.”
6. THE FRUIT OF THE HOLY
SPIRIT IS A PERFECT REMEDY
(Ang bunga ng Banal na Espiritu
ay perpektong lunas)
GALATIANS 5:22-23 “But the fruit
of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”
a. Sa
panahon na tayo ay nanghihina at nanlulupaypay, ang Banal na Espiritu ang
nagbibigay sa atin ng sakdal na kalakasan sa ating buhay Kristiyano.
Pangwakas:
Si Kristo ang tunay na lakas sa
lahat ng ating bagabag at bigat sa buhay.
PHILIPPIANS 4:13 “I can do all
things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Pagpalain kayong lahat ng
Diyos.
