[G] [PREACHING LESSON 12:] THE CLEAR MARKS OF A FULFILLED CHRISTIAN

(Ang mga malilinaw na marka ng isang nasisiyahang Kristiyano)

2TIMOTHY 4:2-8 “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Tim 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Tim 4:4 And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2Tim 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
2Tim 4:6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
2Tim 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:
2Tim 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

Panimula:

a.     Isang mabuting halimbawa si Pablo ng isang Kristiyano na may malinaw na mga marka ng pagiging isang nasisiyahang Kristiyano. Lubos siyang tiwala na sabihin ang kanyang karanasan sa pagiging nasisiyahang Kristiyano.

2TIMOTHY 4:7 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:”

b.    Ano ang “hindi” sa pagiging nasisiyahang Kristiano?

Þ   Hindi ito tungkol sa pagiging matagumpay sa sekular na trabaho at ambisyon sa buhay.

Þ   Hindi ito tungkol sa pagiging isang tao na nangunguna sa kanilang nagawa sa buhay sa ibang Kristiyano.

Þ   Hindi ito tungkol sa yaman at kung gaano karaming pera sa bangko at sapat na pagkain sa loob ng maraming taon.

Apat (4) na malilinaw na marka ng isang nasisiyahang Kristiyano:

1. FULFILLED BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE TO RUN IN A CHRISTIAN RACE

(Nasisiyahan dahil patuloy silang nakikilahok sa takbuhin ng karerang Kristiyano)

2TIMOTHY 4:7 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:”

a.     Dinisenyo ng Diyos ang buhay ng Kristiyano na laging tumatakbo sa isang karera o takbuhin.

1CORINTHIANS 9:24-25 “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
1Cor 9:25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they [do it] to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.”

b.    Ang layunin ni Pablo sa pagtakbo sa isang karera ay upang maipagpatuloy ito at matapos.

2TIMOTHY 4:7 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:”

c.      Ang nasisiyahang Kristiyano ay hindi tumitigil sa pagtakbo sa isang karera hanggang sa makarating siya sa hangganan ng pagtatapos.

2. FULFILLED BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO PRACTICE THE BIBLE PRINCIPLE IN THEIR DAILY LIFE

(Nasisiyahan dahil patuloy nilang isinasagawa ang prinsipyo ng Bibliya sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na buhay)

2TIMOTHY 4:7 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:”

a.     Sinabi ni Pablo na patuloy kong ipamumuhay ang aking buhay Kristiyano sa alituntunin ng Bibliya at pananatilihin ko ang pananampalataya.

b.    Hinihikayat tayo ni Pablo na magpatuloy sa mga bagay na iyong natutunan at sinigurado na alam mo kung kanino mo ito natutunan.

2TIMOTHY 3:14-16 “But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned [them];
2Tim 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
2Tim 3:16 All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”

c.      Ang nasisiyahang Kristiyano ay hindi tumitigil sa pagninilay-nilay ng Salita ng Diyos sa pang-araw-araw na buhay at isinasagawa ito.

JOSHUA 1:8 “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”

3. FULFILLED BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO PERFORM THEIR GOD’S MINISTRY IN THE LOCAL CHURCH

(Nasisiyahan dahil patuloy nilang isinasagawa ang kanilang ministeryo sa Diyos sa lokal na simbahan)

2TIMOTHY 4:5 “But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.”

a.     Ang bawat indibidwal na mga Kristiyano ay ang magkakaibang mga bahagi ng katawan ni Cristo. Ang simbahan ay tulad ng isang katawan ng tao na may maraming iba't ibang mga bahagi maaari kang maging mata, ilong, tainga, labi, kamay at paa at iba pa.

1CORINTHIANS 12:12-18 “For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also [is] Christ.
1Cor 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether [we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
1Cor 12:14 For the body is not one member, but many.
1Cor 12:15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
1Cor 12:16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
1Cor 12:17 If the whole body [were] an eye, where [were] the hearing? If the whole [were] hearing, where [were] the smelling?
1Cor 12:18 But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.”

b.    Binigyan tayo ng Diyos ng iba't ibang talento o kakayahang magamit sa paglilingkod sa Kanya sa lokal na simbahan.

ROMANS 12:6-14 “Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, [let us prophesy] according to the proportion of faith;
Rom 12:7 Or ministry, [let us wait] on [our] ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
Rom 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, [let him do it] with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
Rom 12:9 [Let] love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Rom 12:10 [Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
Rom 12:11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
Rom 12:12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
Rom 12:13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
Rom 12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.”

c.      Ang nasisiyahang Kristiyano ay hindi tumitigil sa paggamit ng kanyang talento o kakayahang maglingkod sa Diyos.

1TIMOTHY 1:12 “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;”

4. FULFILLED BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST TO THE LOST

(Nasisiyahan dahil patuloy nilang ipinapahayag ang ebanghelyo ni Cristo sa makasalanan)

2TIMOTHY 4:2 “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”

a.     Ang pangunahing tungkulin ni Pablo sa buhay Kristiyano ay ang pangangaral ng salita sa kapanahunan at sa di-kapanahunan.

b.    Laging handang ipangaral ni Pablo ang ebanghelyo ni Cristo sa lahat ng oras sa maraming makasalanang mga tao dahil darating ang oras ay isasara nila ang kanilang mga tainga sa magaling o tamang aral ng Salita ng Diyos.

2TIMOTHY 4:3-4 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Tim 4:4 And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

c.      Ang nasisiyahang Kristiyano ay hindi titigil sa pagpapahayag ng ebanghelyo hangga't binibigyan tayo ng Diyos ng pagkakataong ibahagi ang ebanghelyo ni Cristo.

ROMANS 15:6 “That ye may with one mind [and] one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

5. FULFILLED BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO BE PREPARED AND FAITHFUL AT THE SOON COMING OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

(Nasisiyahan dahil patuloy silang nagiging handa at matapat sa malapit na pagdating ng Panginoong Jesucristo)

2TIMOTHY 4:8 “Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

a.     Inaasahan ni Pablo ang mas marami pang pagpapala habang naghihintay sa pagdating ng Panginoong Jesucristo sapagkat siya ay nagpakatapat habang naghihintay sa pagdating ng Panginoong Jesucristo.

b.    Inaasahan din ni Pablo ang korona ng katuwiran, ang korona para sa mga mananatiling tapat sa pagdating ng Panginoong Jesucristo.

c.      Ang nasisiyahang Kristiyano ay hindi tumitigil sa paglilingkod sa Panginoon habang naghihintay sa pagdating ng Panginoong Jesucristo.

1THESSALONIANS 1:10 “And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, [even] Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.”

Pangwakas:

Sino nga ba ang totoong nasisiyahang Kristiyano ayon sa Bibliya? Sila ang mga hindi matagumpay sa makamunduhan at sekular na mga pagpapala ngunit hindi tumitigil kundi patuloy na niluluwalhati ang Diyos sa kanilang buhay Kristiyano.
