WHAT GREAT
THINGS WILL THE CHRISTIANS REMEMBER AT 2025?
(Lamentations 3:21-23) [21]This I
recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.
[22]It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not
consumed, because his compassions fail not.
[23]They are new every morning: great is thy
faithfulness.

INTRODUCTION:
*
Jeremiah gave us encouragement to remember the great things we experienced
from the goodness in our lives as God's dear children.
* I
believed it is a good attitude of every believer of Christ to remember all the
good things God has done in our lives, not only in 2025 but also in the year we accepted
Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of our lives.
5
GREAT THINGS TO REMEMBER IN CHRISTIAN LIFE. AMEN!!!
1. I
REMEMBER THERE IS A GENUINE PEACE IN MY HEART.
( Romans 5:1 ) Therefore
being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
* I
have peace in because we have no more condemnation in hell fire forever and
ever.
( John 5.24 ) Verily,
verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent
me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed
from death unto life.
2. I
REMEMBER THE PROMISE OF GOD THAT I BECAME THE CHILD OF GOD AND NOT THE CHILD OF THE DEVIL ANYMORE.
( John 1:12-13 ) [12]But as
many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to
them that believe on his name:
[13]Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will
of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
* We
are not the children of the devil anymore.
(John 8:44) Ye are of
your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a
murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no
truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar,
and the father of it.
3. I
REMEMBER THAT ALL MY SINS ARE FORGIVEN AND COVERED BY THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF
CHRIST.
*( Romans 5: 8-10 ) [8]But God
commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died
for us.
[9]Much more then, being now justified by his
blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
[10]For if, when we were enemies, we were
reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we
shall be saved by his life.
* ( Ephesians 1:7 ) In whom we
have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the
riches of his grace;
4. I
REMEMBER THAT MY CITIZENSHIP IS NOT ONLY EARTHLY BUT ALSO HEAVENLY.
( Hebrews 11:15-16 ) [15]And
truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they
might have had opportunity to have returned.
[16]But now they desire a better country, that is,
an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath
prepared for them a city.
* God
encourages us to put our affection on things above.
( Colossians 3:1-2 ) [1]If ye
then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ
sitteth on the right hand of God.
[2]Set your affection on things above, not on
things on the earth.
5. I
REMEMBER THAT GOD IS ALWAYS READY TO COMFORT AND HELP US TO GIVE US VICTORY IN
ALL OUR TROUBLES AND TRIALS IN LIFE.
( II Corinthians 1:4-10 ) [4]Who
comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which
are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
[5]For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us,
so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
[6]And whether we be afflicted, it is for your
consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same
sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your
consolation and salvation.
[7]And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that
as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.
[8]For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant
of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure,
above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:
[9]But we had the sentence of death in ourselves,
that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:
[10]Who delivered us from so great a death, and
doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;
6. I REMEMBER THAT CHRIST ALWAYS PROMISED HOPE IN
CHRISTIAN LIFE EVEN IN OUR HOPELESS SITUATION.
( Colossians 1:27 ) To whom God
would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the
Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
( Titus 2:13 ) Looking for
that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour
Jesus Christ;
* God
bless you all always. *
