[E] [PREACHING LESSON 7:] THE BOLDNESS OF THE CHURCH IS A CLEAR MARK OF THEIR SPIRITUAL STRENGTH

(ANG PAGIGING MATAPANG NG IGLESYA AY PALATANDAAN NG KALAKASANG ESPIRITWAL)

EPHESIANS 3:12-16 “In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
Eph 3:13 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
Eph 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Eph 3:15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
Eph 3:16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;”

Panimula:

a.     May lakas ng loob si Pablo na magbigay ng patotoo tungkol sa pagiging matapang ng iglesya lokal sa Efeso. Ito ay personal niyang karanasan sa kanyang buhay Kristiyano.

b.    Ang pagiging matapang at malakas ang loob sa pamamahayag ng ebanghelyo ni Kristo ay biyaya lamang ng Diyos.

EPHESIANS 3:7-8 “Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;”

Mga katunayan ng pagiging matapang ng iglesya:

1. THE BOLDNESS TO PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST

(Matapang na pamamahayag ng ebanghelyo ni Kristo)

EPHESIANS 3:8 “Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;”

a.     Ang mga Kristiyano sa panahon ni Hesus ay kilala sa pagiging matapang sa pamamahayag ng ebanghelyo ni Kristo.

ACTS 4:13 “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.”

b.    Ang hamon ni Pablo sa atin ay ipahayag ang ebanghelyo sa kapanahunan at sa hindi kapanahunan.

2TIMOTHY 4:2 “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”

2. THE BOLDNESS TO PRONOUNCE YOUR CALLING WITH CONVICTION

(Matapang na pamamahayag ng iyong panawagan na may paninindigan)

EPHESIANS 3:7 “Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.”

a.     Ang ating paglilingkod ay isang banal na pagkatawag.

2TIMOTHY 1:9 “Who hath saved us, and called [us] with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,”

b.    Hindi tinawag ng Diyos ang mga matatalino, malalakas at mayayaman na tao.

1CORINTHIANS 1:26 “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, [are called]:”

c.      Tinawag ng Diyos ang mga Kristiyanong handang talikuran ang mga bagay ng sanlibutan.

1CORINTHIANS 1:27-28 “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
1Cor 1:28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, [yea], and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:

Þ   Ating ibigay ang kaluwalhatian sa Panginoon.

1CORINTHIANS 1:29 “That no flesh should glory in his presence.”

3. THE BOLDNESS TO PERFORM THE WORK OF THE LORD WITH POWER FROM ABOVE

(Matapang na pagganap ng gawain ng Panginoon na may kapangyarihan mula sa itaas)

EPHESIANS 3:10-11 “To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly [places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
Eph 3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:”

a.     Binibigay ng Banal na Espiritu ang kapangyarihan na ganapin natin ang gawain ng Diyos na may katagumpayan.

ACTS 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

b.    Pinupuspos ng Banal na Espiritu ang lingkod ng Panginoon para maging kasangkapan sa paglago ng gawain ng Panginoon.

ACTS 6:5-7 “And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:
Acts 6:6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid [their] hands on them.
Acts 6:7 And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.”

4. THE BOLDNESS TO PRAISE GOD WITH THE PERFECT STRENGTH FROM CHRIST

(Matapang na pagpupuri sa Diyos na may kalakasan mula kay Kristo)

EPHESIANS 3:19-20 “And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,”

a.     Naranasan nila ang pag-ibig ni Kristo at ang kapusposan ng Diyos sa kanilang pagsamba at pagpupuri sa Diyos.

EPHESIANS 3:21 “Unto him [be] glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”

b.    Ang lubos na kapangyarihan ng Banal na Espiritu ang dahilan ng kanilang sakdal na pagpupuri sa Diyos.

Pangwakas:

Ang kalakasang espiritwal ay totoong makikita sa kanilang pagbibigay ng luwalhati sa Panginoon.

1CORINTHIANS 15:57 “But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
