[DD] [PREACHING LESSON 13:] “IF GOD BE FOR US CAN BE AGAINST US”, GOD GAVE US HIS PERFECT PROMISE IN TIMES OF UNEXPECTED TROUBLES AND CRISIS IN OUR LIVES, HE WILL HELP AND PROCTECT.

“IF GOD BE FOR US CAN BE AGAINST US”, GOD GAVE US HIS PERFECT PROMISE IN TIMES OF UNEXPECTED TROUBLES AND CRISIS IN OUR LIVES, HE WILL HELP AND PROCTECT.

( Romans 8:31 ) What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

* INTRODUCTION:

a. This year 2025 we experienced many things that makes us discourage and feared of what is happening not in our Country but also all over the World.

1. WHAT THE CHRISTIANS NEED TO EXPECT TO HAPPEN IN OUR TIMES AS WHAT THE BIBLE SAID.

( Matthew 24:3-8 ) [3]And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

[4]And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

[5]For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

[6]And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

[7]For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

[8]All these are the beginning of sorrows.

II. WHAT ARE MORE WORSE THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THE LOST PEOPLE IN THE LAST DAYS AS CLEAR SAID IN THE BIBLE.

( II Timothy 3: 1-7 ) [1]This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

[2]For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

[3]Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

[4]Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

[5]Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

[6]For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

[7]Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

III.  WHAT THE CHRISTIANS AND LOCAL CHURCHES NEED TO DO NOW LIKE CHRIST DEED WHILE HE WAS YET IN THE WORLD.

( John 9:4-5 ) [4]I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

[5]As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

* What Jerusalem Church deed after the Lord Jesus Christ went to heaven?

( Acts 5:26-29 ) [26]Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned.

[27]And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them,

[28]Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.

[29]Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

* ( Acts 6:4-7 ) [4]But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

[5]And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:

[6]Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.

[7]And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

4. WHAT GOOD ENCOURAGEMENT OF PAUL TO ALL THE DISCIPLES OF CHRIST LIKE YOU AND ME?

( Philippians 1:5-6 ) [5]For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;

[6]Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

* What encouragement of the Lord Jesus Christ to His disciples?

( John 4:35 [35]Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

* Paul Challenge the Christians to Preach the Word in season and out of season.

( II Timothy 2: 1-5 ) [1]I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

[2]Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

[3]For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

[4]And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

[5]But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

* God bless you all always *
