[C] [PREACHING LESSON 20:] GOD’S APPROVAL WAS EXPERIENCED IN MANY WAYS BY HIS PEOPLE

(NARANASAN NG MGA ANAK NG DIYOS ANG IBA’T-IBANG PARAAN NG APROBAL NG DIYOS)

 

PSALMS 126:2-3 “Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
Pss 126:3 The Lord hath done great things for us; [whereof] we are glad.”

Panimula:

a.     Isang mapalad na karanasan ng karapatdapat na Kristiyano ang aprobal ng Diyos.

b.    Ang aprobal ng Diyos sa karapatdapat na Kristiyano ay may katapat na pagpapala mula sa Kanya.

Mga aprobal ng Diyos sa karapatdapat na Kristiyano:

 

1. GOD SHOWED APPROVAL BY ANSWERING OUR PRAYERS

(Ipinakita ng Diyos ang Kanyang aprobal sa pamamagitan ng pagsagot sa ating mga panalangin)

PSALMS 126:2-3 “Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
Pss 126:3 The Lord hath done great things for us; [whereof] we are glad.”

a.     Isang magandang halimbawa si Jabez sa aprobal ng Panginoon dahil sa kasagutan ng panalangin.

1CHRONICLES 4:10 “And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep [me] from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.”

b.    Makikita rin ang aprobal ng Panginoon kay Daniel nang iningatan siya sa mga gutom na leon dahil sa pananalangin niya ng tatlong beses sa isang araw.

DANIEL 6:10-13, 19-20 “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
Dan 6:11 Then these men assembled, and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.
Dan 6:12 Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the king’s decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask [a petition] of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing [is] true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.
Dan 6:13 Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, which [is] of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three times a day.

Dan 6:19 Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions.
Dan 6:20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: [and] the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?

c.      Ang maningas na panalangin ng iglesya lokal sa Jerusalem ay totoong nagbunga ng maraming naligtas.

ACTS 1:13-15; 2:41 “And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James [the son] of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas [the brother] of James.
Acts 1:14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
Acts 1:15 And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)

Acts 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls.”

 

2. GOD SHOWED HIS APPROVAL BY GIVING HIS SUFFICIENT GRACE IN TIMES OF TRIALS AND TROUBLES IN LIFE

(Ipinakita ng Diyos ang Kanyang aprobal sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng sapat na biyaya sa panahon ng pagsubok sa buhay)

 

2CORINTHIANS 12:9-10 “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2Cor 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

a.     Pangako ng Diyos na sapat ang Kanyang biyaya sa atin.

b.    Ang Diyos ng biyaya ang nagpapatatag, nagpapalakas at nagpapatibay sa ating buhay Kristiyano.

1PETER 5:10 “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].”         

c.      Handang-handang ipagkaloob ng Diyos ang Kanyang masaganang biyaya sa bawat Kristiyanong lumalakad sa katuwiran.

ROMANS 6:1-2 “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Rom 6:2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?”

 

3. GOD SHOWED HIS APPROVAL BY HIS PERFECT PROTECTION TO HIS CHILDREN

(Ipinakita ng Diyos ang Kanyang aprobal sa pamamagitan ng proteksyon sa Kanyang mga Anak)

 

ROMANS 8:31 “What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?”

a.     Hindi umiidlip ang Diyos Ama at hindi natutulog upang bantayan at ingatan ang Kanyang mga anak.

PSALMS 121:1-5 “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. a
Pss 121:2 My help [cometh] from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
Pss 121:3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Pss 121:4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
Pss 121:5 The Lord [is] thy keeper: the Lord [is] thy shade upon thy right hand.”

b.    Nang dumaing si Haring David at nanalangin sa Panginoon, ang kaaway na diyablo ay tumalikod at tumakbo.

PSALMS 56:9 “When I cry [unto thee], then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God [is] for me.”

c.      Ipinalangin ng iglesya lokal si Pedro kaya tinulungan siya ng Diyos na makalabas sa kulungan at makalaya.

ACTS 12:5-17 “Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.
Acts 12:6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.
Acts 12:7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon [him], and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from [his] hands.
Acts 12:8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.
Acts 12:9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.
Acts 12:10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.
Acts 12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and [from] all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
Acts 12:12 And when he had considered [the thing], he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.
Acts 12:13 And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.
Acts 12:14 And when she knew Peter’s voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.
Acts 12:15 And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.
Acts 12:16 But Peter continued knocking: and when they had opened [the door], and saw him, they were astonished.
Acts 12:17 But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.”

 

4. GOD SHOWED HIS APPROVAL BY GIVING A DYNAMIC GROWTH TO HIS CHURCH

(Ipinakita ng Diyos ang Kanyang aprobal sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay nang lubos na paglago sa Kanyang iglesya)

 

1CORINTHIANS 3:6 “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.”

a.     Pinagpala ng Diyos ang iglesya sa Jerusalem dahil sa tatlong libong kaluluwa na naligtas at nabautismuhan.

ACTS 2:41 “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls.”

b.    Humayo si Felipe sa Samaria at totoong marami ang nanampalataya kay Kristo.

ACTS 8:5-8 “Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.
Acts 8:6 And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.
Acts 8:7 For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed [with them]: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
Acts 8:8 And there was great joy in that city.”

c.      Totoong maraming naligtas sa Antioquia dahil sa paghayo ng mga Kristiyano. Sila ay totoong nagkaroon ng kagalakan sa loob ng iglesya.

ACTS 11:21-26 “And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.
Acts 11:22 Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.
Acts 11:23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.
Acts 11:24 For he was a good man, and full of the Holy Ghost and of faith: and much people was added unto the Lord.
Acts 11:25 Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul:
Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.”

 

5. GOD SHOWED HIS APPROVAL BY HAVING THE PRESENCE AND WORKING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE MIDST OF THE CHURCH

(Ipinakita ng Diyos ang Kanyang aprobal sa pamamagitan ng presensiya at paggalaw ng Banal na Espiritu sa kalagitnaan ng iglesya)

 

ACTS 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

a.     Ang Banal na Espiritu ang gumagabay sa Kristiyano sa buong katotohanan.

JOHN 16:13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

b.    Ang Banal na Espiritu din ang gumagabay sa atin upang huwag tayong magnasa sa laman.

GALATIANS 5:16, 25 “[This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”

c.      Ang Banal na Espiritu din ang tumutulong sa atin upang manalangin nang tama sa Diyos.

ROMANS 8:26 “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”

d.    Ang Banal na Espiritu din ang nagbibigay ng kapangyarihan sa atin upang maging epektibo sa pag-aakay ng mga kaluluwa.

ACTS 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

Pangwakas:

Ang mga pagpapalang espiritwal, mga pag-iingat, mga tulong, mga panalangin at paglago ng gawain ay katunayan ng Kanyang pag-aproba sa mga karapatdapat na pamumuhay ng Kristiyano sa Kanyang harapan.

1CORINTHIANS 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
