us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts
sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

1. GOD WANTS TO
SEE OUR TRUE HEART BEFORE HIM

Kanyang harapan na may totoong puso.

HEBREWS 11:6 “But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that

Magandang halimbawa si Abraham at si

2. GOD WANTS TO
SEE OUR SINGLE HEART BEFORE HIM
(Nais ng Diyos na makita ang iisa nating puso sa
harapan Niya)

Ang pagkakaroon ng isang puso sa
harapan ng Diyos ay pagpapakita na lubos na pagsunod natin sa utos ng walang
pag-aalinlangan.

Agad na sumunod si Noah sa utos ng Diyos
na gumawa ng malaking arko ng walang pag-aaalinlangan.
HEBREWS 11:7 “By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved
with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he
condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.”

GENESIS 22:1-13 “And it came to pass after these things,
that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, [here]

Gen 22:2 And he said, Take now thy son, thine only [son] Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of.
Gen 22:3 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him.
Gen 22:4 Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off.
Gen 22:5 And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you.
Gen 22:6 And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid [it] upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife; and they went both of them together.
Gen 22:7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here [am] I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where [is] the lamb for a burnt offering? b
Gen 22:8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
Gen 22:9 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.
Gen 22:10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
Gen 22:11 And the angel of the Lord called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here [am] I.
Gen 22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only [son] from me.
Gen 22:13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind [him] a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.”

3. GOD WANTS TO
SEE OUR HEART BROKEN BEFORE HIM TO CONFESS OUR SIN
(Nais ng Diyos na makita ang basag nating puso
sa harapan Niya para maipahayag natin ang ating kasalanan)
PSALMS 51:17 “The sacrifices of God [are] a broken
spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.”
a. Magandang huwaran si Haring David sa paglapit sa Diyos na may basag na
puso upang humingi ng tawad sa Kanya.
PSALMS 51:1-3 “Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according
unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
Pss 51:2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
Pss 51:3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin [is] ever before me.”

Handa at tapat ang Diyos na tayo ay
patawarin sa ating mga kasalanan kung tayo ay lalapit na may basag na puso at
magsisisi ng kasalanan.
1JOHN 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful
and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
4. GOD WANTS TO
SEE OUR PURE HEART BEFORE HIM
(Nais ng
Diyos na makita ang dalisay nating puso sa harapan Niya)
1PETER 1:22 “Seeing ye have purified your souls in
obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, [see
that ye] love one another with a pure heart fervently:”
a. Ang Kristiyanong may malinis na puso ay hindi mahirap sumunod sa mga
ipinag-uutos ng Diyos sa buhay niya.
b. Ang kasagutan sa panalangin ay pangako ng Diyos sa bawat Kristiyanong
may malinis na puso.
1PETER 3:12 “For the eyes of the Lord [are] over the righteous, and his ears [are
open] unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord [is] against them that do
evil.”

Ang Kristiyanong may malinis na buhay
ang gagamitin ng Diyos sa Kanyang gawain.
2TIMOTHY 2:21 “If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto
honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, [and] prepared unto every
good work.”
5. GOD WANTS TO
SEE OUR HEART TO BE ALWAYS OPEN TO RECEIVE HIS MESSAGE
(Nais ng Diyos na makita ang ating puso na
palaging bukas upang tumanggap ng Kanyang mensahe)
ACTS 16:14 “And a certain woman named Lydia, a
seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard [us]: whose
heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of
Paul.”
a. Tumanggap ng mensahe ng kaligtasan si Lydia at totoong naligtas ang
kanyang kaluluwa.
b. Laging bukas ang puso ni Haring David upang tanggapin ang Salita ng
Diyos kaya tinawag siya ng Diyos na mapalad, masaya at masagana ang buhay.
PSALMS 1:1-3 “Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. a
Pss 1:2 But his delight [is] in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Pangwakas:
Nais ng Diyos na makita ang ating puso na totoo sa
Kanya, isang puso na hindi nag-aalinlangan sa utos Niya, pusong basag na
handang magpakababa at magsisi sa kasalanan, isang malinis at banal na puso at
pusong laging bukas upang tumanggap ng mensahe mula sa Diyos upang lalo tayong
pagpalain Niya.
1PETER 5:10 “But the God of all grace, who hath called
us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while,
make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].”
