[BB] [PREACHING LESSON 12:] THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN THAT IS ALWAYS GUIDED BY GOD.

THE LIFE OF THE CHRISTIAN THAT IS ALWAYS GUIDED BY GOD.

(Isaiah 58:11) And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

* INTRODUCTION:

* The Holy Spirit ministry to all the believers of Christ is always to guide them in their Christian life.

( John 16:13 ) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

* (Psalms 119:105) Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

I. GOD WILL GUIDE THE CHRISTIAN WHO ALWAYS WANT TO KNOW HIS PLAN AND WILL IN THEIR LIFE.

( 1 John 5:14-15 ) [14]And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

[15]And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

2. GOD WILL GUIDE THE CHRISTIAN ALWAYS LOVE TO KNOW MORE CHRIST IN THEIR LIFE.

(Philippians 3:8-10) [8]Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

[9]And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

[10]That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

3. GOD WILL GUIDE THE CHRISTIAN WHO CHOOSE TO FULFILL THE DESIRE OF GOD FOR THE SALVATION OF MANY LOST PEOPLE.

( I Timothy 2:4 ) Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

* God do not want that any should perish in hell fire forever and ever.

( l Peter 3:9 ) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

4. GOD WILL GUIDE THE CHRISTIAN WHOS AFFECTION ARE ON THINGS ABOVE AND NOT ON EARTHLY THINGS.

(Colossians 3:1-2) [1]If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

[2]Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

5. GOD WILL GUIDE THE CHRISTIAN WHO ALWAYS FACING THEIR SPIRITUAL BATTLE AGAINST OUR SPIRITUAL ENEMY THE DEVIL.

( Ephesians 6:10-18 ) [10]Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

[11]Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

[12]For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

[13]Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

[14]Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

[15]And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

[16]Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

[17]And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

[18]Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

6. GOD WILL GUIDE THE CHRISTIAN WHO SUFFERRED PERSECUTION AND NEED THE STRENGHT FROM GOD.

( I Peter 5:10 ) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

* The Lord Jesus Christ as the source of our spiritual strength.  Amen!!!

( Philippians 4:13 ) I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

* God bless you all always *
