[B] [PREACHING LESSON 18:] THE GREAT ADVANTAGE OF THE CHRISTIANS COMPARE WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE OF THE WORLD

(ANG KAHIGITAN NG MGA KRISTIYANO KUMPARA SA IBANG TAONG SA MUNDO)

1JOHN 4:4 “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

35 “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and [then] cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.”

Panimula:

a.     Napakapalad ng bawat Kristiyano dahil pinapatunayan ng Salita ng Diyos na dakila Siya sa bawat puso at buhay natin.

b.    Maliwanag na sinasabi sa Salita ng Diyos na tayo ay pag-aari Niya dahil tayo’y ipinanganak na muli.  Ngunit malungkot na katotohanan na ang mga hindi naipanganak na muli ay anak ng diyablo at nagpapatuloy sa kasalanan.

1JOHN 3:8-10 “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.”

Mga katunayan ng kahigitan ng Kristiyano sa mga taga-sanlibutan:

1. THE POWERFUL GOD IS OUR GOD AND A SPIRITUAL FATHER

(Ang makapangyarihang Diyos ay ating Diyos at Ama espiritwal)

JOHN 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:”

a.     Naging anak tayo ng Diyos nang tinanggap natin si Hesus bilang Panginoon at Tagapagligtas.

b.    Pinapatunayan ng Salita ng Diyos na ang Diyos na nasa buhay natin ay mas makapangyarihang Diyos kaysa sa diyos ng sanlibutang ito.

1JOHN 4:4 ““Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

JEREMIAH 32:17-18 “Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, [and] there is nothing too hard for thee:
Jer 32:18 Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the Lord of hosts, [is] his name,”

2. THE HOLY SPIRIT INDWELT IN EVERY LIVES OF THE CHRISTIANS

(Tumatahan ang Banal na Espiritu sa bawat buhay ng Kristiyano)

1CORINTHIANS 6:18-20 “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
1Cor 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
1Cor 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

a.     Templo ng Banal na Espiritu ang bawat Kristiyano.

1CORINTHIANS 3:16 “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?”

b.    Ang Banal na Espiritu ang gumagabay at nagtuturo sa Kristiyano ng buong katotohanan.

JOHN 16:13 “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

c.      Ang Banal na Espiritu ang nagbibigay sa atin ng kapangyarihan at katalinuhan sa pag-aakay ng mga kaluluwa.

ACTS 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

3. THE CHRISTIANS HAVE GREAT HEAVENLY PROMISES FROM GOD

 (May mga dakilang pangako ang mga Kristiyano mula sa Diyos)

EPHESIANS 1:13 “In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,”

a.     Pinangakuan ng Diyos ang Kristiyano ng buhay na walang hanggan.

JOHN 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

1JOHN 5:13 “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.”

b.    Pinangakuan ng Diyos ang Kristiyano na hindi na papasok sa kahatulan sa impiyerno.

JOHN 5:24 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

c.      Pinangakuan ng Diyos ang Kristiyano nang lubos na kapatawaran ng ating kasalanan sa pamamagitan ng dugo ni Hesus.

EPHESIANS 1:7 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;”

d.    Marami pang dakilang pangako ang Diyos sa mga Kristiyano.

4. THE CHRISTIANS HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO SERVE THE HOLY GOD

 (May pribileheyo ang Kristiyano na maglingkod sa banal na Diyos)

1TIMOTHY 1:12 “And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;”

1PETER 1:15-16 “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
1Pet 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.”

a.     Pinalakas ang Kristiyano at ginawang matapat at inilagay sa paglilingkod sa Diyos.

b.    Pinapaging-banal ng Diyos ang buhay ng Kristiyano para magamit sa gawain.

2TIMOTHY 2:21 “If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, [and] prepared unto every good work.”

5. THE CHRISTIANS HAVE THE GREAT PROMISE TO BE WITH CHRIST AT HIS COMING

(May dakilang pangako ang Kristiyano na kukunin ni Hesus sa Kanyang pagbabalik)

JOHN 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
Jn 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Jn 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.”

a.     May katiyakan ang Kristiyano na kukunin ni Hesus sa Kanyang muling pagbabalik sapagkat ito ay dakilang pangako Niya.

b.    Ito ay pangako ng dakilang pag-asa sa kaluwalhatian kasama si Kristo.

COLOSSIANS 1:27 “To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:”

Pangwakas:

May malaking kahigitan ang Kristiyano kaysa sa taong hindi ligtas. Lahat ng dakilang pangako at pagpapalang espiritwal ay nagmumula kay Kristo Hesus dahil tinanggap natin Siya sa ating puso.

ROMANS 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

JOHN 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:
Jn 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”
