HEBREWS 11:1-6 “Now faith is the substance of things
hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Heb 11:2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Heb 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Heb 11:4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
Heb 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

1. GOD IS BIGGER
THAN THE FAITH OF THE CHRISTIANS

Diyos ay mas malaki sa pananampalataya ng Kritiyano)

sa Kaniyang mga disipulo na magkaroon ng pananampalataya sa Diyos.

2. GOD IS BETTER
THAN THE FAITH OF THE CHRISTIANS
(Ang Diyos ay mas mabuti kaysa pananampalataya
ng Kristiyano)
GENESIS 22:1 “And it came to pass after these things,
that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold,
[here] I [am].”
a. Mas mabuti ang Diyos kaysa sa pananampalatayang Kristiyano dahil Siya
ang sumusuri at sumusubok ng pananampalataya natin sa Kanya.
Þ Sinubok ng Diyos ang pananampalataya ni Abraham.
b. Ang Diyos din ang sumusukat at sumusuri sa pananampalataya ng Kristiyano
sa oras ng pagsubok.
1PETER 1:7 “That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold
that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and
honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:”
c.
Ang Diyos din ang sumukat sa
pananampalataya ni Abel at Cain at tinanggap Niya ang handog ni Abel dahil sa
pananampalataya.

3. GOD BUILDS THE
FAITH OF THE CHRISTIANS
(Ang Diyos ang nagtatatag ng pananampalataya
ng Kristiyano)
ROMANS 10:17 “So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and
hearing by the word of God.”

Ang susi ng Diyos para dagdagan at
patatagin ang pananampalataya ng Kristiyano ay sa pamamagitan ng pakikinig at

4. GOD BLESSES THE
STRONG FAITH OF THE CHRISTIANS

Gen 22:16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only [son]:
Gen 22:17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which [is] upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
Gen 22:18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”

Kristiyanong naging matatag ang kanilang pananampalataya sa Diyos pagkatapos
nang mahigpit na pagsubok sa kanilang pananampalataya.

Mahalagang maunawaan ng Kristiyano kung sino ang
Diyos ng ating pananampalataya sapagkat sa Kanya nanggagaling ang ating pananampalataya.
Siya rin ang nagpapatatag ng ating pananampalataya at nagpapala ng masaganang
pagpapala.
