( 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 ) 6.But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

 

5 GREAT REWARDS FOR AN ABUNDANT GIVER TO THE LORD.

 

1. GOD'S PATTERN IN REWARDING THE CHRISTIAN GIVER TO THE LORD.

 

( II Corinthians 9:6 ) But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

a. The abundant giver will assure to receive abundant blessings, and to those who give little they will receive a less blessing also from the Lord.

2. THE CHRISTIAN WHO GIVES BASE ON THEIR BIG HEART FOR GOD ARE CALLED A CHEERFUL GIVER.

 

( II Corinthians 9:7 ) Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

a. Cheerful give gives base on their big love to God and are very privilege in their giving to the Lord.

* Always thankful to God in their great privilege in giving to the Lord.

( 2 Corinthians 9:15 ) Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

 

3. GOD CAN MAKE ALL GRACE ABOUNDS TO THE GIVER CHRISTIAN.

 

( II Corinthians 9:8 ) And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

a. The grace of God is always sufficient for the giver Christian.

(II CORINTHIANS12:9) And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

 

4. THE GIVER CHRISTIAN WILL INCREASE THEIR RIGHTEOUSNESS AND WILL SPREAD ABROAD AND REMAINETH FOR EVER.

 

( II Corinthians 9:9-10 ) (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.

Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

 

5.THE ABUNDANT GIVER WILL EXPECT AN ABUNDANT REWARD FROM GOD.

 

(IICorinthians 9:11-12) 11. Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

12.For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

*Conclusion: * The ministry of the Lord's needs are rest assured to be met because of the liberal givers inside the local Church.

* The Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ are well obeyed by the local Church.

(2Corinthians 9:13-15) Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;

And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
