[A] [PREACHING LESSON 10:] THE BIBLICAL SOURCE OF SPIRITUAL STRENGTH OF THE CHRISTIAN

 (ANG BIBLIKAL NA PINANGGAGALINGAN NG KALAKASANG ESPIRITWAL NG KRISTIYANO)

PHILIPPIANS 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Panimula:

a.     Si Hesus ay nakakapagpatotoo na lahat ng bagay ay magagawa niya dahil sa kalakasang espiritwal na taglay niya sa kanyang buhay Kristiyano ng dahil kay Kristo Hesus.

b.    Ang kalakasang espiritwal ay posible na maranasan ng bawat Kristiyano dahil ang Salita ng Diyos ay siyang nagpapatotoo sa atin.

Limang (5) pinanggagalingan ng kalakasang espiritwal ng Kristiyano:

1. THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS THE SOURCE OF OUR SPIRITUAL STRENGHT

(Ang Panginoong Hesus ang pinagmumulan ng kalakasang espiritwal natin)

PHILIPPIANS 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

a.     Si Kristo Hesus ang pinanggagalingan ng ating pag-asa sa buhay.

COLOSSIANS 1:27 “To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:”

b.    Si Kristo Hesus ang pinanggagalingan ng pagbabago ng ating buhay.

c.      Si Kristo Hesus ang pinagmumulan ng sapat na biyaya sa oras ng mahigpit na pagsubok.

2CORINTHIANS 12:9-10 “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2Cor 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

d.    Si Kristo Hesus ang pinagmumulan nang lubos na pagtatagumpay sa ating buhay Kristiyano.

1CORINTHIANS 15:57 “But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

2. THE JOY OF THE LORD IS THE SOURCE OF STRENGTH OF THE CHRISTIAN

(Ang kagalakan ng Panginoon ang pinagmumulan ng kalakasang espiritwal ng Kristiyano)

NEHEMIAH 8:10 “Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for [this] day [is] holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

a.     May lubos na kagalakan dahil sa dakilang kaligtasang pinagkaloob ng Diyos sa atin.

JOHN 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

HEBREWS 2:3 “How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard [him];”

b.    May lubos na kagalakan dahil sa bunga ng Banal na Espiritu.

GALATIANS 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

c.      May lubos na kagalakan dahil sa pangako ni Kristo na tayo’y kukunin Niya sa Kanyang pagbabalik.

1THESSALONIANS 4:14-18 “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
1Thes 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
1Thes 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Thes 4:17 Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Thes 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”

3. THE WORD OF THE LORD IS THE SOURCE OF STRENGTH OF THE CHRISTIAN

 (Ang Salita ng Panginoon ang pinagmumulan ng kalakasang espiritwal ng Kristiyano)

PSALMS 1:1-3 “Blessed [is] the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. a
Pss 1:2 But his delight [is] in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
Pss 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

a.     Patotoo ni Haring David na ang kanyang kasiyahan ay sa Salita ng Panginoon.

b.    Ang Salita ng Diyos ang nagbibigay lakas kay Haring David upang siya’y huwag lumakad at maupo sa payo ng masama.

c.      Ang Salita ng Diyos ang naging dahilan kung bakit naging masagana at matagumpay ang buhay ni Haring David.

4. THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD IS THE SOURCE OF STRENGTH OF THE CHRISTIAN

(Ang presensya ng Diyos ang pinagmumulan ng kalakasang espiritwal ng Kristiyano)

PSALMS 37:39 “But the salvation of the righteous [is] of the Lord: [he is] their strength in the time of trouble.”

a.     Ang pangarap ni Haring David sa kanyang buong buhay ay laging nasa presensya ng Diyos sa tahanan ng Panginoon.

PSALMS 27:4 “One [thing] have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.”

b.    Pangako ng Diyos ang Kanyang banal na presensya sa oras na magkatipon ang Kristiyano sa oras ng pagsamba sa Diyos.

MATTHEW 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

5. THE DYNAMIC GROWTH OF THE CHURCH IS THE SOURCE OF STRENGTH OF THE CHRISTIAN

 (Ang lubos na paglago ng gawain ng Diyos ay nagbibigay ng kalakasan sa Kristiyano)

ACTS 11:21-22 “And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.
Acts 11:22 Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.”

a.     Ang kamay ng Diyos ay nasa iglesya lokal na patuloy sa paglago dahil sa maraming naliligtas na mga kaluluwa.

b.    Ang biyaya ng Diyos ay makikita sa kagalakan ng mga Kristiyano dahil sa maraming nangangaligtas.

c.      Ang lubos na paglago ng gawain ng Diyos ay nagbibigay ng kalakasan sa iglesya lokal ng Panginoon.

ACTS 6:7 “And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.”

Pangwakas:

Ang kalakasang espiritwal ay pangako ng Diyos at posibleng maranasan ng bawat Kristiyano. Kailangang-kailangan nating maging malakas espiritwal dahil ang ating kalabang diyablo ay lagging handa na tuksuhin at biktimahin ang bawat mahinang Kristiyano.

EPHESIANS 6:10-12 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].”

1PETER 5:8-9 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
1Pet 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”
